It's awesome I've been here for a long time, a very beautiful place, management and workers are nice,property well took care of coffee,game and TV room.

Heather in the office is very helpful and she communicates very well. We appreciate the road getting plowed because of all the snow and ice.

Love living here! They’re very quick to fix any issues and the amenities are great! The gym is updated. Very dog friendly and close to a park.

One dumpster for the entire place. Trash overflowing in dog areas and trash receptacles. Office never responds in a timing manner. Even maintenance just shows up with no notice, no knock, won’t even allow you to schedule a reasonable time. Policies are labeled mandatory (like moving a U-Haul within 24 hours or tow) and then broken down for sale trailers take up spaces for months with no reproductions. Absolutely inconsistent and ridiculous policies and mandates not required at any other responsible apartments. Also, dog park ‘amenity’ is just a poop filled lot with no accountability and ZERO maintenance. Not even worth advertising.

Living at the Racquet Club Apartments has been an enjoyable experience. The community is peaceful and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The amenities, especially the tennis courts and pool, are great for staying active and social. The management team is responsive and friendly, always willing to address concerns or maintenance requests quickly. The apartments themselves are spacious and well-equipped, with modern appliances and ample storage space. One of the best parts is the location, which is conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and parks, making it easy to get around. The only downside is that rent can be on the higher side, but it feels justified given the quality of life here. Overall, it’s a great place to live for anyone who values convenience and a community-oriented environment

Nothing but good things to say. It’s been a great experience so far. Management promptly responds to inquiries and they are very detailed in getting Information out to us by email.

Nice neighborhood, expensive SMALL apartment, nice community, good amenities. Just very small and not worth as much as they are but it’s a great place to live!

Great place.. I haven't used a hot tub in a year, that's the one thing I'm disappointed about. Either there's problems with the heater or something wrong with the clubhouse or it's always something but it's been over a year since I've got to enjoy it. Plus the indoor pool is way too cold to even swim. Outside of that, I think it's a great place to live beautiful landscaping and the outdoor pool is great

Lived here for two years. The apartment is satisfactory for my needs. Maintenance is very responsive and it’s pretty much a safe environment

They do a great job responding to maintenance requests. One thing about them is that after everything has been done they follow up with you.

I love living at the Raquet Club! Excellent amenities and community. Close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Front office staff is always friendly and helpful!

My overall experience here has been great. My only complaint is resident parking. The amount of rent I pay for comfort, I should be able to park in front of my building. There are nights when I have to park 4 buildings down due to my neighbors guest taking all the parking spaces.

Good apartment - some exterior updates completed over the last year by new owners/leasing company. Needs interior updates considering the cost of rent. Expect rent to be increased at least $50-$100 year, my experience over the past 4 years. Access to amenities and the clubhouse have decreased over the same amount of time.

Great community to live in although there’s always room for improvement I love living here I just wish they would remove some restrictions the main one I don’t like is their outdoor decoration policy even though it’s on my patio I think it’s ridiculous that if you decorate wrong you can eventually get evicted

The apartment is really nice at reasonable price in Lexington. Things that I really like about The racquet club apartments is they have a swimming pool, community gym and easy of getting things done

Just wish the hot tub could work out. Either too hot or too cold, haven't been in the hot tub in a year due to some reason with it. Everything else has been wonderful the last 6 years.

It’s been great so far. 1 year in and no complaints. Management has kept us well informed of events and what is happening around the neighborhood and all necessary improvements.

I wouldn’t say my experience has been bad or good. My apartment is spacious And soundproofing is great. Management has changed twice since I’ve been here. The new management team is OK no issues. I think my only complaint would be the water bill. The apartment units are not individually billed you were sent a monthly guesstimation on how much water you’ve used. One month I received a water bill for $88. I’m a single person that works 50 hours a week please make that make sense.

The director is great and she really helped me when trying to figure out what to do for my new lease and Hannah the leasing specialist helped me out a lot too

We just moved in. We are so happy to be a part of this community! The office staff have been very helpful and welcoming. We love our apartment. The gym and pools are so nice. Really looking forward to the community events. Feels like we are home!

I moved in about a month ago, and so far it's been really nice. The community is so quiet, it's almost unbelievable and it was one of the 1st things I noticed. I haven't been able to use the amenities yet, since the clubhouse was closed by the time I got home from work, but I'm so excited that it's now open 24/7. I do wish there was a mail center and a dumpster closer to my apartment, but ya know... it is what it is. But it's been really nice so far.

Our experience at Racquet Club has been pretty great. It is hard to find somewhere that meets a certain standard of living but is also not overly expensive. I am so glad we found this place and hope to stay for a while.

I have lived her for 5 years and overall it has been a positive experience. There have been quite a few updates to the amenities in the time I have lived here. I’ve always had a prompt response from maintenance when I needed something and the staff are generally very helpful

Been here for almost 6yrs. Love the community, landscaping is beautiful, amenities are top notch. Love all the resident activities. Staff very friendly.

Too expensive, low quality, a lot of apartment issues, dog poop everywhere, over charge. The community is good and the bigger apartments are nice but they charge a lot for a small apartment that’s almost studio size.

Overall peaceful community with usually nice amenities ! Super friendly staff, although repairs and service are hard to come by. There is mold in my shower that has been caulked over, my countertop has been broken and i’ve requested to get it fixed, and plenty of bug issues i’ve had to take care of myself.

The management office is very responsive and gets back to us with any concerns we may have promptly. The renewal of our lease was painless. Very easy to sign, straightforward and quick.

The Racquet Club is conveniently located. We have not had any problems with our unit. We enjoy the pool, and we are excited to have the gym and other amenities to be more easily accessible again.

Quiet and friendly neighborhood with lots of areas to walk your dog. I really enjoy the high ceilings and look forward to using the fireplace.

I have lived in since July and love it. I have the Classic apartment (1 bed 1 bath) and it is the perfect size for my boyfriend and I. I love the amenities, especially the pool!

I was delayed getting the keys, apartment wasn't cleaned before moving in, key fob doesn't work to the pool area. Generally, a clean tidy complex. Apartment is suitable for my needs
