Property Ratings at The Raleigh
worst place that I lived, management is not helpful, upon new lease manager tried to charge me more for rent AND deposit, also was unresponsive when alerted that they had given my the wrong keys. when confronted they acted like, "well, prove it then get back to us" almost had to file for small claims, even the managers' boss acted rude and smart-alecky. place has had nine different managers in the time I lived here, and the current ones are the worst that I've had. bums are always sleeping in the stairwells, body fluids everywhere. building is not secure, management talks like it is. I'm living in a building in that's still under construction, the remodelers are loud, disruptive and they come and work during prime time on weekdays and anytime on weekends, sawing thru walls and pounding on the floors. landscape maintenance comes at 8 am Saturday morning just when everyone is trying to sleep in . deck area is noisy, kids yelling & screaming, dogs barking, impossible to enjoy on the weekends with all the noise. the "modern amenities" are that I still have a 2-knob faucets in both my kitch and bath, moved in with no shower curtain and no heat in my bedroom. The grounds are oftentimes messy, stained with paint, drywall dust and apartment accessories that are laying around in the halls. parking lot oftentimes has garbage, bottles and wrappers for you to run over. Most of the repairs and requests for maintenance have been extremely slow-going and only my heat was repaired. I've complained about the noise both with management and security(sometimes of which has been cancelled off and on for whatever reason)and nothing was ever solved. I've had to move twice to get away from noisy, rude neighbors who wake up at 4 am and start stomping around their apartment getting ready for work. Tecton, the property management had done a TERRIBLE job managing the problem and they have definitely have given me difficult time in resolving issues on a day to day basis . I don't recommend this place to anyone.
not worth what you pay . bad management service. bugs all over the place.
These are condos that the owners rent out. They are small and a little run down. They a ton of repairs that need to been done but have not been. One of the Dryers have been broken for two months and not been repaired. The Pool is rarely ever cleaned and when it is they don't seem to use chlorine. And the neighborhood isn't that great at lot of strange people walking around at odd hours.
