Property Ratings at The Ranch Apartments
There's is a huge roach infestation in these apartments. I've filed many complaints and they have not once done anything about it. I've filed complaints about the people with their garage who work on peoples cars all day everyday and they haven't done anything. I've tried to get them to come and fix very simple things yet they still haven't. They don't fix any of the problems here. I've talked to many of the other residents about this ongoing issue and they have the same problems going on. I've tried going to talk to them and they've been so incredibly rude.

Safe & secured even during the midnights?..We relocated to Canada otherwise we didn?t have any reason to leave this place?.we were resident of Austin for 6 years and lived Happily here?.
All the maintenance has always been quick and they are all so friendly and helpful
1. The move-in specials of 2 weeks was promised to be reflected in Feb rent. However, we didn't see it anywhere on portal. The office still hasn't bothered to respond the email for that. 2. Requested to accommodate referral bonus within 1 month of move-in as we missed to add those details in the form earlier. It was a big relocation for us and given hundred things that had to be taken care of, we missed these details. The office didn't consider even for a min and promptly responded with NO.
Maintenance was very quick to respond to and fix my issue.
I would recommend if you don't mind the noise level. Also, great location, however crime rate is going up in that area but that is almost everywhere in that location and around that area. I would know. I was born & raised in this area and seen lots of changes.
Staff is always amazing, amentities are great, I like the new looks too. I wish there wasnt as many kids playing in the parking lot, kind of dangerous to drive...
In the past, I have had several very unprofessional, downright insulting conversations with office personnel. I absolutely refuse to deal directly with Connie.
Office staff is awesome. Veronica is always great to take care of our needs. Community is great as well . I will miss that community culture and office staff Improvements : Apartments are very old with old carpet and appliances . It would be great if all apartments get renovated with wood floor and new appliances like ac etc. we encountered scorpion which was very bad experience with my family
Quick response and timely coordination for resolving concerns.
Office personal and maintenance are very responsive. The swimming pool and fitness center are great.
Management and maintenance are nice and professional
There isn't anything wrong with the apartments specifically, but in the evenings there are so many children running around and riding bikes in the parking lot that it becomes very stressful to drive through when entering or exiting the complex.
Process was unstressful, leasing consultant was engaged and focused, followed through on what she said. Community looks very nice, gym is very cool
I am living in the Ranch apartments for last one year. I moved in during the pandemic, so did not get chance to see apartment before moving. The apartment was in very poor condition. Appliances are very old. Appliances are technically working but not in good condition. Raised requests many times but never got them repaired or replaced. The staff never listens to the complaints. Behave very rudely. I will definitely not recommend this community.

The fact that I had an urgent need and the office was always busy I never felt like the staff never had time for me.
I really like the floor plans and the ability to have a garage. Connie conveyed the community spirit of the complex and moving from a home to an apartment that is top priority.

Please stay away from this place. I just moved in and they have an underlying pest problem. I see tons of roaches daily even after pest control has sprayed my apartment three times within a month! The leasing person even told me of this issue AFTER I signed the lease and moved in. Also there are always people walking around in the middle of the street at all hours along with their very noisy kids. There is never anywhere to park. I rarely leave such negative reviews, but I feel the need to warn people about this complex.

To many Indian people walking all times of the night that why the gate are always being repaired parking overall not good need stickers water prices inconsistent
The apartments are older but they are spacious and maintained well. It's a quiet family oriented complex. I always felt safe there.
Its dream home to stay in. nice clean sounding, well maintained amenities, Activity taken at Fitness area are rally makes it very special.
I think my favorite thing about The Ranch was the maintenance crew. They were quick to respond and did a great job.
It is in a great location and is a highly sought after area.
It's a nice complex. It's convenient to grocery stores and shopping centers. I would just warn them about the dogs not being on a leash.
As long as the request for maintainable can be repaired it is handled promptly if it was something that needed to be replaced for visual appeal forget it
Any time I put in a work order it is filled promptly.
I think overall the apartment community is favorable. However, there is an underlying pest problem. When I moved into my apartment I found a few dead roaches. I've seen approximately 8-10 since moving in January 2018. I even saw one in the breezeway! I appreciate that I don't see them daily but I know they are lurking in the drains etc. Now I understand why pest control comes on a regular basis to regulate the roach population.
The people who work here are very kind and helpful. The property is nice. I love the old trees that provide natural shade and beauty.
Its a nice apartment complex office staff is very nice and helpful.
I am concerned on without an area designated to the kids more of our lawn/ shrub area will suffer

The office staff is awesome! So far it has been quite, I feel the apartment is priced well for all the space, the amenities are really good.
The prices are unbeatable. The Ranch is in the center of everything and is easily accessible from multiple highways. The complex itself is quiet and clean. The apartments are spacious and you are given the freedom to personalize the apartment to make it home. Many complexes will not allow you the freedom The Ranch does when it comes to painting walls/cabinets.
While I am okay with the amount of noise I have to tolerate and parking situation, I know many of my friends would find it unacceptable.

Would recommend because school is great Wouldn't recommend because of Scorpion
The only issues I have are the mandatory $25/month trash service. I live near the compactor and always take out my own trash so it?s a waste of money. And the compactor/trash area is constantly overflowing with trash bags and people piling up discarded furniture. Very unsightly to have to look at every day or for friends to see when they visit.
This is my 3rd year here and I?ve never had a complaint. I get along with the staff. My kids and I are happy.
All of my maintenance issues have been resolved very quickly. I have only been here a little over a week.
Amenities are great, location is great, but prices are not that great. I want to find a place where I pay to live in the apartment not the location.
The Ranch is just a really nice place to live. The Admin staff is friendly and the maintenance is nearly impeccable.
Fast, friendly and fixed within a few hours of submitting my request. The maintenance exceeded my expectations and they responded/were at my door to help 15 minutes or so after my request.
Connie is amazing and I would recommend her to everyone to talk with her in the office. She has always helped me with every problem I have in a timely manner.
