amazing place and people
Office staff has been absolutely amazing and helpful. Any concerns I have they are extremely attentive and on top of things. Maintenance crew is just as awesome. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful place to live.

DRASTIC DECLINE
I moved in June of 2018. When I first moved in it was amazing and I loved it! The office staff was phenomenal, the amenities were great, I felt safe, etc. But NOW the property has since changed management companies (twice?) but once Pinnacle took over it’s gotten awful!! Kids run amuck throughout the parking lots. The residence gate is ALWAYS broken and the call box from the front gate never works. Office staff never answers the phone and when they do you’re met with attitude. The mailboxes were broken for like three months which is ridiculous. There’s been a break in and did the complex let residents know? Nope! I found out about it via Google reviews! I literally cannot wait until my lease is up

My First Apartment In Houston, TX
I moved to the Houston, TX area in May 2014 due to a job transfer. The Champion Woods property was recommended to me by a co-worker. I am glad I decided to live in this complex, as the staff are courteous and knowledgeable. The grounds surrounding the complex are well maintained daily by on-site maintenance staff. All requests for repairs are handled in a timely fashion. Another plus is that there is a pool and fitness gym on-site for residents to use in their leisure time. And lastly, the complex is gated to maintain resident safety at all times. I used to reside in New York City. I would not be able to afford, or even locate an apartment there, that could compare to Champion Woods.

Champions forest apartments is a great place to live, very quiet. Great amenities, and excellent service by the office staff!

HAPPY!
Being originally from small town Wisconsin we werent sure exactly what we were in for when we moved here and we were very picky about finding an apartment because i am a paranoid woman LOL. I would constantly read reviews and hear about all the places in Houston that had infestations or places full of crime so it was kind of like finding a needle in a haystack. Moving here was the best decision we ever made, Floralicia Is the Best, i believe she is what makes this place glow as it does. She does everything she can to make people feel at home and comfortable. We are now about to sign another 13 month lease here and know we will be safe and with some awesome people. And if you move here within the next year you can tell them the stublaski's referred you :)

This apartment community is a nice quiet place
Great place to live! Complex is nice and clean very quiet. The office staff is amazing. They help you out in any way that you need it. It’s centrally located, lots of great places to eat and shop nearby. I used this site to find this apartment and I'm glad I did. It was a great choice for me and my wife. We had a 1 bed and 1 bath. It was plenty of space and storage with a very nice size balcony. I would recommend this place any day of the week.
