I moved here in June, I must say it was a rocky start but once i voiced my concerns the problem seemed to get better. I must give Danyelle kudos. she is so compassionate and listens and when i was sick with the flu she checked on me to see if i needed anything. I have never lived in an apartment complex where the office staff care so much for there residents. she listens and always says to me i am here for you if you need anything just let me know

STAY AWAY
this has been by far the worst apartment complex I think I have ever lived at! The front office is a joke. Both gates have been broken for over a year! There is no onsite officer or ANY security. In response to a robbery that happened, the office sent out a letter telling us to be safe and that they’d change our locks for a change! what kind of response is that . STAY AWAY

Poor management
I love being forced to park my car on the other side of the complex at the end of the night. I love that I pay for services that you don't actually have(electronic locks,trash service ect.) I love that the employees only care about selling apartments and not the residents themselves.

The Exeter Place Apartments is a place that I can call home. I felt welcomed day one. My first weekend Savanah was extremely nice to my family while we at the pool. It was as if I was on a vacation at a resort. I love my new home.

Excellent Staff & Beautiful Property
Exeter Team & Management, Wow. I can't put into words how incredible this property and their team is, but I'll give it a shot. I recently moved to San Antonio, TX from Anchorage, AK after accepting a new job down here. Im not one to make a decision on where I live lightly as there are certain things that are very important to me along with my higher end taste of living. After touring 11 apartment properties in 2 weeks I knew this was the place for me. My excitement for the place didn't end when I moved in. Two events I would like to point out. I woke up one Sunday morning to wet carpet stemming from the utility closet in my bedroom. I panicked wondering how bad the flooding could be. I called the emergency maintenance line for residents and their maintenance was in my apartment in 2 hours... ON A SUNDAY. The problem was fixed with the exception of the wet carpet. The next morning a professional carpet service was in my apartment replacing every square inch of wet carpet and padding. It doesn't end there. After it all was replaced, they had the carpet professionally shampoo'd and dried and I didn't see a single penny on any bill. Event 2: I noticed a spider and a small bug in my apartment. I can tell you I want no part of any insect and have no desire to co-habitate with them. Being that the building is brand new and built on offset land I understood why I would see a few creepy crawlies hanging around. The next day I was lounging by the beautiful pool on property and one of the building managers was making her rounds connecting with the tenants as she normally does. I mentioned I saw a few bugs in my apartment and she took down my info and said "let me fix that for you". THE NEXT DAY pest control was in my apartment spraying. Incredibly friendly, HELPFUL staff, beautiful property, safe community, and fun neighbors. This property exceeds my expectations every single time I drive through the gate.

Over all the move in experience was great, the apartments being brand new was a huge must for me, and the small issues I had with moving in (like construction dust around the apartment) were taken care of immediately. The compound is quiet and well kept, and I love that, while its located off of a busy street, it feels very secluded which was also a must for me!
