Property Ratings at The Randolph
I absolutely love living in this apartment! The gym and sauna are very nice, the big rooftop offers stunning views and is a great place to unwind. The entire complex is clean and well-maintained, making it a joy to come home to. The location is unbeatable, with everything you need within walking distance (second st). the landlords are amazing - friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. My favorite part of all of it is the heated garage in the winter. Street parking is also very easy at this location!
My time at The Randolph was great. The finishes and layout to the apartment were top notch. There is great sound proofing and a lot of attention to detail was spent in construction. Very convenient location. The common areas are always clean. And ownership is amazing and super helpful!
I lived here for two years and loved it. The apartments are beautiful and also very spacious which is my favorite part. Every time I had company over they always commented on how gorgeous and roomy my apartment was. The owners Naomi and Isaac were also great too. They were very responsive and helpful with and questions or concerns I had while staying here. The other tenants were cool too, I never had any issues with my neighbors. The neighborhood is also great. It’s relatively quiet and within minutes of many restaurants and center city. I’m nota walker but you can definitely walk to a lot of places and it if your like me catching a Uber/Lyft into center city is super cheap. If I didn’t have to move for work I would definitely still be living here. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience!
The unit is big, clean, new but management is bad, the walls are thin and the neighbors complain whenever you have company.
Property Manager at The Randolph, Responded To This Review
Unfortunately, when parties are held mid week with 15-20 people and numerous tenants complain, it may seem like the walls are thin. Sorry you were disappointed.
