Brick-paved sidewalks, historic buildings housing locally-owned shops and restaurants, and period lighting define a great downtown district, and Downtown Jonesboro has all of that -- with a twist. You'll find the same red wolf painted on many of the windows and adorning flags, especially during football season. Of course, the Red Wolves are a key part of living in Downtown Jonesboro -- it's within walking distance of the Arkansas State University campus.
Living in Downtown Jonesboro, you'll have easy access to some of the city's best restaurants: Omar's Uptown, The Parsonage 322, Sue's Kitchen -- you'll also have access to places like the Foundation of the Arts, St. Bernards Auditorium, and the Arkansas Children's Hospital. Head to the Arkansas State campus to visit the University Museum and the Bradbury Art Museum, and cheer on the Red Wolves at Centennial Bank Stadium.

Property Ratings at The Raphael- Beautifully Renovated!
It’s okay if you’re just here to sleep. But I will not be renewing my lease. Too many maintenance problems and roommate problems. Noise hours are not followed.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience has been less than excellent. Our staff is here to assist you with any issues you may be having. Please reach out to the office in regards to the roommate and noise problems!
The move in experience was good . I had a easy time sleceting my keys and finding my apartment. My roomate that was already in the unit was very nice and friendly along with the staff.
Living at Wolf Creek has made my life way easier with campus at walking distance of 5 minutes and, with the peaceful environment, I feel fresh as ever.

Been here close to 2 years now. It's been a journey for sure but the staff here has made everything so much easier. They would do anything to make your living experience here simple. Maintance is on point and timely. The multiple ways to pay make paying rent a breeze and the property manager will make time for you in her busy day no matter what she has going on. They provide a bunch of activities to residents to help build strong neighborly bonds. Definitely signed my lease again for another year here
This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered amenities that most communities did not.

We are very appreciative of your feedback. We strive to provide our residents with the best possible experience.
The only good thing I can say about these apartments is the roommate compatibility. They will find people who are like you and have similar interests. Everything else here is terrible. They don't warn you when they're going to test out the fire alarms or anything so you just wake up to a very loud fire alarm. When you put in a service request for the apartment or your room sometimes they don't even fix the problem. My roommates and I put in a service request to fix our front door multiple times and what did they do. Try to DIY fix the door instead of fixing it. They'll fix it so it works for about a week but then it's broken again. Anyone can walk into our apartment because our door is broken and our deadbolt has a chance to just lock your outside even with the key. It just won't open so you're outside trying to open the door for 20-30 minutes or you have to ask someone whos already inside to open it. They even told us "Oh we ordered another deadbolt it'll take about a week to come in.". It's been 2 months since they told us that. Terrible place to live and if you're late on rent boom eviction notice the day it's late. They don't even try to reason or talk to you about why the rent is late. They send emails out to their tenants late. They'll send you an email about an event that will happen 30 minutes before the event starts. My roommates and I have been putting in countless service requests for them to come DIY fix it for it to be broken again within a week or two. Another issue I've had is that they say there's a time where everyone is supposed to keep it down but there are people knocking/banging on people's doors at 3 in the morning. I reported to one of the leasing agents and to the main office none of them got back to me and they still do it. My advice is Don't Live Here. I've only been here for almost a year and experienced all this crap.
I absolutely love living at Wolf Creek! I had some issues at move-in and they were fast to correct them immediately. I have had nothing but an amazing experience here.
My son spent 350 to transfer his lease to another student. Thought all was complete; my name is secondary on lease and did nothing to contact us until they sent it to a collection agency. Poor Communication.
Good living conditions so far. the manager is pretty useful when i get problems. the maintenance is always on time when I submit the request.
Building 5 has bed bugs. Informed management, and nothing was done. I could not get out of my lease, so I just moved out early and continued to pay rent. Takes maintanence at least three days to even come and INSPECT the problem.
I would rather live under a bridge at this point. Worst management EVER!!! everything is always broken. Mold in the apartments. Mince infestation. Despite multiple attempts to address issues mold was merely painted over. no one in that entire office is professional. trust me, it is NOT worth it.
It was really easy to find what I needed and I would come back and use this site for the next time I rent
This apartment is suitable for a college student or someone starting out on their own for the first time. It is literally two blocks from Arkansas State University. They are fully furnished with stylish furniture and the latest appliances including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer & dryer & refrigerator with an icemaker. They have a pool, 24-hr gym, and a computer lab. They rent "by the room" so you are literally paying for your bedroom and private bath. You are required to share the living room & and kitchen with at least one roommate. So if you are looking for privacy you are better off renting another apartment in the area. The maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. A maintenance request is typically not fulfilled until a month or so after multiple work orders are put in (If it is fulfilled at all; I'm still waiting to get my leaking shower head fixed and to be provided a replacement couch for my missing one.) All in all, it is only slightly better than campus housing.
