Property Ratings at The Ravinia
My experience as a resident has been mixed. While the location is convenient and the community feels safe, there have been some challenges. Maintenance requests often take longer than expected to be addressed, and communication can sometimes feel unclear. I appreciate the amenities provided, but there have been occasional issues with upkeep. The staff is generally friendly, though there’s room for improvement in responsiveness. Overall, I think the place has potential, but some areas could be better managed to create a more comfortable living experience.
Literally everything is going well except the bugs.

I love our community, love the office staff, and our maintenance they are trying so hard to keep up with our community, love there personality, love that they care to even keep us safe, one example saw one of them putting metal bars and boards by all the broken fences, Kevin and and another maintenance trying to fix the gates on front. Very proud of them ??.

Nice area, good apartment and setup for the rate. Hardcore about who’s allowed to park. Having issues with roaches that treatments haven’t been effective against.

Lived here for years. Apartments have always been really good to me. Over the years maintenance people change, but that is normal. Although right now takes a week to fulfill request. Overall management is great and they keep the complete looking good.

So far, the stay has been pretty good. There has been an on-going issue where the water closet is not flushing proper. Whether there are solids or just toilet tissue, it takes several flush attempts before the water closet can successfully flush. Reached out to maintenance a couple of times but the issue still remains.

The Ravinia community is a nice cozy place to live. The staff here specially Yassy and Alexis has been so kind, sweet and helpful to us. Kevin and other maintenance staff are available when needed. Overall great experience interacting with staff members. Highly recommended.

First notification of water bill was a notice to vacate taped to my door. Went to the office and was told that there is no water bill that gets sent out, either on paper or electronically. Then told I should have been informed when I signed the lease that I would need to go check on an app to watch for when the water bill amount gets added: there would be no notification. Amazing that they will spend hours taping legal notices to doors but can’t find the time to inform residents that we would never receive an actual water bill. Almost distracts me from the deteriorating buildings and appliances and critters crawling in my ceiling.

The staff is friendly and approachable. The grounds are maintained well. They don't allow trash to accumulate. The trees in the property are also maintained well.

Slightly difficult to get in the door, and we had roaches in our apartment when we moved in, as well as many maintenance orders that had to be completed. The maintenance team is kind and prompt, and the apartment has worked with us to get rid of the roaches.

We love it here, we are very close to everything and the neighbors don’t make too much noise. We are also happy with the bedrooms size and the fact that we can rent additional storage unit space that really comes in handy. The office people are also super nice and friendly, we are very pleased with our move here!! :)

The Ravinia has been a pleasant place to live and it seems that the new management and maintenance team are so kind and hardworking. We’ve been here for years and I haven’t had any big issues and have enjoyed re-leasing with them annually.

I love it here ,since living for almost a year,the place is safe to move around so much that I take advantage of doing my walking exercises around the compound, and anyone I meet along the way always give a wave or a gentle hello to me,but one disturbance we are having is the residence above us are heavy walkers and the trudging is constant, late at nights and early mornings, other than that all is well with us and...we love it here
It’s going good so far. Maintenance has been fast at fixing work orders. The office staff is nice. I like that we have security guards on property.

So far, everything has been above expectation. Maintenance is fairly quick about getting your request finished in a timely manner. The gate is functional unlike majority of the apartments I previously lived in. And the pool is really awesome!

Beautiful area, great spacious floor plans and amazing office staff, haven’t lived long but residents I’ve encountered so far have been very friendly and pleasant, pet friendly which is great as I’m a pet lover! Thank you Ravinia!

Out-dated appliances, lighting and cabinets but in a good area. Front and storage room doors are peeling and need to be repainted. The residents are friendly and keep an eye out for each other. Parking availability can be poor. Front security gate is broken more often than not.

Every week a new issue. People at the office act like they do not care, I feel there is a lot of mold. Location it is right off the highway so there is no peace. I thought they would at least have noise cancelling windows but they do not. There are no community activities. One pool and it is very small. My refrigerator and air conditioner does not work, cabinetry in the kitchen looks like that of a shack , very welted , old stained, I would say something but I’ve become exhausted of the complaining.

I like where I live, the environment is very comfortable and quiet. The maintenance tech Kevin is always busy working to get jobs done so that way the residents can be comfortable in their apartments.

My apartment community is a very safe clean and quiet community, not much neighborly connection, but whenever you encounter someone there is always a friendly hi or hello, I feel comfortable in my community, I even go for my walking exercise around the community and feel safe to do so.I will recommend anyone to come here for residency at any given time.
