The Refinery of Sugar Hill boasts top-of-the-line amenities, modern design, and a welcoming atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. Lamont's passion for the property was infectious, and his knowledge about every aspect of the community was truly impressive. Walking through the various units and common areas, Lamont's enthusiasm shone through as he highlighted the unique features and benefits of each space. His genuine excitement about the community made me even more excited about the prospect of living there. I toured with Lamont He was amazing in the spring time when my lease comes up I definitely will make the refinery my home.
I came in to tour the property and the first thing I noticed is how well kept it was! Prisca was great and is very knowledgeable. She answered all the questions I had. The other staff members were also very friendly! Great experience!
I recently took a tour of The Refinery, and I was blown away! The community offers a stunning variety of brand new homes. The standout feature though is the customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel right at home. They answered all my questions and took the time to get to know my wants and needs, can't wait to move in.
Such a lovely new community, Prisca guided an amazing tour! All staff is exceptional!
I toured with Nancy and she was amazing. The townhomes are the beautiful! My favorite floorplan was the 3 bedroom rowhome. We will definitely be recommending our friends and family to the Refinery!
