My husband and I are absolutely in love with our new home at The Refinery Sugar Hill Apartments and Townhomes! From the moment we moved in, we knew this was the right place for us. The amenities here are fantastic-two 24-hour gyms, two saltwater pools, and a gorgeous pool and grill area perfect for having friends over. We've already hosted a few parties, and everyone has been so impressed with the space. The security system is one of the besi we've seen, and it makes us feel so safe knowing that everything is secure. We're living in the Rural home with a garage, and it's been a great choice. With enough space for both our cars and motorcycles, we don't have to worry about where to park or store things. The buildings are beautiful and well-constructed, and all the appliances are brand new, making everything feel clean and modern. The on-site staff are exceptional-they're so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make us feel at home. If you're looking for a wonderful place to live in Sugar Hill, I highly recommend The Refinery—it's a 10/10!
We’re so excited about our new home at The Refinery Sugar Hill Apartments and Townhomes! The amenities here are amazing. Having two 24-hour gyms and two saltwater pools makes it feel like a vacation every day, and the pool area with the grill is the perfect spot for hosting friends and family. As someone who values security, I am beyond impressed with the advanced security system—they’ve really thought of everything to keep residents safe. We love the Rural home we’re in—it comes with a garage and offers plenty of space for our belongings. With four vehicles (two cars and two motorcycles), it’s such a relief to have enough room for everything. The apartments are beautiful, with brand-new appliances, and the whole property is in pristine condition. Most importantly, the staff here is absolutely amazing. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and truly go above and beyond to help you feel at home. We can’t recommend The Refinery enough—it’s the best place to live in Sugar Hill!

I loved the place from the first time I went to ask about a home for me and my boyfriend. Lamont was very helpful and kind! The pool, the gym and all the amenities are amazing. We applied and approved me right away! I'm happy to live at The Refinery at Sugar Hill.
I have lived here for a few months and it is a great place to live. When I toured in October, Lamont was patient as I asked all my questions and even stayed late to let me look at ALL the apartment options until I found the one that I wanted. The leasing office is quick to respond and the maintenance team is quick to handle any needs. I love that it is close to Sugar Hill and it is connected via the greenway.
The Refinery complex itself is superb! New appliances, new gym equipment, and new everything! Can’t beat that! Great benefits as a resident! Don’t get me started on the staff!…… Super friendly and helpful! They are there for you practically 24/7 and a call away!

Overall the area and unit has been great, staff has been very helpful . The units appear pretty well constructed, no noise issues so far. Procedure with application verification was a little frustrating but staff and in particular assistant manager helped out with it.
Beautiful layout and design, very happy with the amenities that are offered as well. Looking forward to the summer and using the pools available for residents

I came in to tour the property and the first thing I noticed is how well kept it was! Prisca was great and is very knowledgeable. She answered all the questions I had. The other staff members were also very friendly! Great experience!
I recently took a tour of The Refinery, and I was blown away! The community offers a stunning variety of brand new homes. The standout feature though is the customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel right at home. They answered all my questions and took the time to get to know my wants and needs, can't wait to move in.
