This apartment complex is disgusting in every way. If you value a peace of mind and clean environment I suggest you look elsewhere.
the apartments back porches needs pressure washed and painted. the apartments are well painted when u move in but cracked all up and split wood everywhere once settled. the maintenance takes months for an order. no ice maker in my fridge but a new fridge. the stoves are old and burns out fast. the HALLWAYS stink are never cleaned.
The staff was very friendly and very professional. But Jamal is very kind and will go the extra mile to make your moving experience go smoothly. Very professional….

Unfortunatley, I was without the use of my kitchen for 7 full days and was told by the maint. men that they don't work after 5pm or on the weekends and my sink being tworn apart for a full week was not an emergency. I moved in one month ago and there have been so many work orders for this particular residence. For the amount of money that I as a tenant pay, this is completely unacceptable and was told that because the men have been out 3 times in 7 days to try and rectify the problem that there is no compensation for having to take my family out to eat for the last 7 days. I specificly was told, that because I have a bathroom sink/ tub, it was not an emergency. Who wants to carry their dirty dishes to the bathroom tub and wash them in there? How ridiculous is that? Let alone how inconvienent is it. I will not be renting next year from this place, I now have the impression that the tenants are not particularly important. Just let me also state that without the money from your tenants, you would not have the business.

The prices are very affordable for this area offering two bedrooms or three bedroom townhouses. The complex itself is within walking distance from a great shopping center with amazing restaurants. The grounds are will keep with a basketball court and a swimming pool. If gives a nice feeling of a suburban neighborhood with easy access to the city. For those who work in the D.C. metro area it allows for easy access to RT 234, RT 66 and RT 28.
