Property Ratings at The Regency Tower
5 stars! Tyrone I absolutely love my apartment complex! The gym is fantastic - it's well-equipped and perfect for my workouts. The pool is a great spot to cool off during the hot summer days, and the grill area is perfect for hosting BBQ parties with friends. But the best part is the breathtaking view from my apartment. Waking up to such a beautiful sight every day is truly a dream come true. I couldn't be happier with my choice. Highly recommended!

If you haven't checked out The Regency Tower you are missing out. The management and staff are amazing and the upgrades to the building have made downtown living even better. ~Aren Almon
I had been researching The Regency for nearly a year and finally moved in On July 2023. Most people know about The Regency as having a poor reputation and I too read those very poor reviews over the years. But then new ownership took over in August 2022 and from talking to long term residents and reading current reviews, I could tell things were on the upswing, even before I moved in. Is it perfect? No way. But the progress the new owners have made, and continue to make, are turning the page on the negativity that surrounded The Regency. There's still MUCH to be done. But the new ownership group seems to be focused to make this the best place to live in Downtown OKC Let us not forget the gorgeous views of the OKC skyline. I got lucky with a corner apartment that faces south and west…breathtaking. I could go on and on about the positive experience I’m having by living at The Regency, but I would be amiss if I left out a mention to the awesome staff! Lori, Erin, Diego and all of the other staff are not only very friendly, but very helpful as well. They listen and immediately get to work if something needs to be done. Kudos to them! Check this place out and make the leap! =)
Terrible customer service and the lease agreement is written to where they can legally lie to you about policy and not do what they told you. The water gets shut off at least 2 times per week and they will never offer discounts for extreme inconveniences. The laundry room was innapperable for months and no deduction on rent even though facilities in rental agreement are not able to be used. The elevators are always broken. I never had a maintenance request completely resolved. I could add much more. Would not recommend this location or any other managed by tribune capital. They operate dishonestly.

Unfortunately, this previous tenant is upset because we would not let her out of her lease on her terms. She tried to manipulate the lease and us. We held her accountable according to the lease agreement & she is NOT happy with that at all. Our Lease is a fair housing lease, it is fair for both tenant & owner. We are customer service ordinated, we love our tenants, and we do our best to accommodate each one as needed. The statements she has posted are things that have happened here before we took over the property - which was over a year ago (9/1/2022). since we took over, ALL those things she has mentioned have been completed repaired or replaced and they do not occur. The Regency is the Best downtown living experience you will have. Read the other reviews from happy tenants and check us out, schedule a tour and see for yourself.
If you do not live at The Regency, you are seriously missing out! The staff Diego, Erin and Lori are freaking amazing. The amenities here are Top Notch and I fall in love every time I go home. Please stop playing and go tour at the Regency and see for yourself!
I have li ed here for almost a year and I have not had any problems with getting stuff fixed or they are always right on top of it. Security is great and very helpful if you need help with anything
For me it was a good starting appartment and I honestly would recommend. Every place has issues and this place is no exception, but for downtown living and being 19 years old. This place wasn't half bad.
We recently moved into the Regency and have found the staff to be warm and helpful, the residents friendly, incredible view of downtown, and very convenient location. The minor concerns we have experienced were taken care of promptly. We love our home at the Regency!
We adore the staff, the housecleaning and maintenance is top tier. Never seen a dirty hall floor they always smell so good and fresh clean. Gym is perfect for us. To think, we initially chose the place for the view of the city from our balcony near the top.
I'm a student and I'm here for 1 and half year and the experience is awesome, great location , fair price, I love to study at clubhouse is very comfy and the pool and terrace are super during summer
I recently moved in to The Regency and have really enjoyed my stay. Their one bedroom apartments are really convenient for a small family of two or if you’re living alone. The community has been very nice and friendly. I also appreciate that the utilities are all inclusive with the rent so I don’t have to worry about paying extra for water bill or OG&E. The staff is also very helpful and maintenance requests are always handled in a quick and timely manner. I also would like to give a shout-out to the leasing against Diego who was very thorough when I had my viewing and detailed in all that the regency has to offer.
The professionalism in which this skyscraper is operated flows nicely from the management team to maintenance and all the access to food and drinks on premises. Can't express enough the neat simplicity of the apartments and the views...the views...
I truly wish no stars were an option. I lived here for 13 months from spring 2020 through spring 2021 and I would never consider moving back. I won't even discuss it taking more than a month to replace a refrigerator that stopped working or even the deplorable condition of the building here, though I have some very insightful videos to whomever would like to see them. I'm writing to let others know The Regency has an issue with returning deposits. They initially sent me a bill stating I owed them $60 something dollars because of a pro-rated fee. However, after showing them I moved out before midnight on the date specified on my contract, they decide "there is a zero balance", when in fact I am the one owned money, a measly $70 remainder of my deposit. I have sent emails, called several times, left messages with their "answering service" for a call back, and even went back to the apartment in person for a resolve, all to no avail. There is a legal obligation to reimburse tenants within a 45 day period, and it has been MORE THAN 4 TIMES THAT LONG! Again, all of this over $70... I know The Regency has been on a downward spiral since being bought by Vesta Reality, but this is pure incompetence.

I lived at the Regency for 5 years and My "Move-Out" experience was very smooth. The management and staff were very helpful with anything I needed assistance with, whether it be scheduling a lock out with the elevators, or offering to help me with a flatbed or lifting a box into my vehicle. I'm so very blessed to have lived here at the Regency and will recommend living here to everyone I know looking to locate in the downtown/midtown area. Thanks Again!~Denisa

Hi Denisa, thank you so much for your positive comments about The Regency! If you have any further questions, please give us a call. We're always happy to help!
Just DON’T DO it to yourself. Pay the extra $100 to live elsewhere ESPECIALLY with dogs! The place is disgusting, the garage always smells like someone died, and the fire alarms were a big issue for me. I didn’t appreciate running down 20 flights of stairs with two dogs on multiple occasions only to realize there was NEVER a fire... not just once, but on three different occasions. The staff is ok, but not the most pleasant aside from a few women. Our apartment along with plenty of others have been flooded because of a rainstorm... A RAINSTORM PEOPLE! Again, not just once, but multiple times we were mopping up hoards of water. Thank the Lord for renters insurance because our big screen was destroyed along with a few pictures and other items. Also, don’t even think about getting out of your lease, even after all of these disasters. We tried and the office just doesn’t care. Very cooperate. No love or appreciation goes into the building and you can tell. Don’t say you weren’t warned...
Property Manager at The Regency Tower, Responded To This Review
We regret that you had a bad experience while living with us. I do agree that a high rise community can absolutely be a challenge when you have dogs. Anytime our alarms go off it is because the system detects smoke which in many cases came from people cooking and burning their food. Also, if a sprinkler is activated the alarms again will sound. The alarms have to continue to sound until the source of the smoke or water has been detected. We would give anything if these incidents could have been avoided. The August 26th storm that you referenced had winds from 90 to 100 miles per hour coming from the North and many buildings in Oklahoma flooded from this storm and lost power. Again, we regret that you had this experience. Sincerely, The Regency
I love living here but for almost a week now the hot water goes out at the most inconvenient times. Woke up this morning with no hot water so I was unable to take a shower before work and just got home from work and low and behold no hot water again. I have lived here almost 2 years now and seems like if its not one thing its another. Either no AC in the summer or no heat/hot water during the winter.

We began our boiler inspections 2 weeks ago and made the switch to the back up boiler. We have had the mechanical company out on 5 different occasions, each time a different repair has occurred, rarely but occasionally this happens. We are continuing to address these problems until they are complete. We are and will continue to repair unforeseen break downs to our heat and air system in the quickest manner possible. I invite you to meet with me at your convenience for more details and information. We are truly sorry for these inconveniences, Becky and Staff,
Awesome property and staff! Great location and amenities. Privacy and noise levels were a top selling point at this property. Since the property was built over 40 years ago, the entire structure is cement. I never hear my neighbors, and vice versa
Moved in around Halloween, moved out in January. Thankfully the leases have a buy-out clause. Paid for parking in the garage for all 3 months I was there. I was moved to 3 different parking spaces within the first month and was later asked to move to a fourth, but it never worked out. Parked in my own space given to me by a signed lease addendum and received a towing sticker advising my car was unauthorized and would be towed at my own expense without further notice. Turns out they leased the spot to two people at the same time.
Property Manager at The Regency Tower, Responded To This Review
Dear Confusing, The last thing we want is for our customers to have a negative experience. What you experienced regarding the parking space was very rare occurrence and I sincerely apologize for that. As the manager, my door is always open to assist our customers with difficulties. Again, I am very sorry. Sincerely, Becky Community Manager
The Regency tower apartments are not maintained at all. Everything is run down, water leaks, the building smells bad, management is not helpful, the parking garage is infested with rodents, roaches around the outside of building at night everywhere, elevators are always breaking. Just bad
Property Manager at The Regency Tower, Responded To This Review
I am very sorry to hear that your experience at Regency was less than stellar. I came back to The Regency in Mid-May of 2016 as the Manager. Since that time, we have made several changes. Our hallways have been painted, new carpet, vinyl, and lighting have been installed. For the most part, our work requests are now completed within 24 to 48 hours and the elevators have had minimum down time. We also have 4 new staff members that are very positive asset to Regency. I welcome you to stop by and visit so we can show you the positive changes. Sincerely, Becky Community Manager
The Regency Tower apartments is the best place to live downtown Okc. *Very friendly staff. *Immediate maintenance calls. *Pet Friendly :D *Walking distance from everything you can imagine in the city. *Amazing high rise views. *Love this place.
