I love living here, and I don’t foresee leaving. Compared to the other apartments in the area, it’s safe & it’s clean. Maintenance is always sweeping the complex, and you will not find random trash laying around. Crime is pretty much none existent & you can see people walking their pets at night often. I’ve also never had a rude encounter with the l asking staff, they are always visible and since I’ve been here a while, I know them by name and they know me.Pedro and Kamae are both approachable . Any issue that I’ve ever had here was resolved within 48 hours. It feels good to finally live in a complex that cares. They also have really cool events monthly (or they get us food). We receive thorough communication weekly about things that may go on in the complex or in the area. The communication is timely, and I always appreciate that. One of my favorite things about the complex is the pool and community area! Both are always clean and you can find these things being used often. I will be renewing my lease for the 4th year come next year.

I have been living at The Reid for almost 2 years now and love it! I changed apartments mid-way through simply because there was another layout that worked better for me (the apartments are beautiful, BTW), and management made it SO easy to move. They are accommodating, kind, and quick to respond. I have had all maintenance requests handled quickly - usually within just a few hours. The amenities are really cool - I work from home and have used the office amenity a few times just to get out of the apartment for a break and it makes me feel like I'm in a fancy office. I also LOVE the pool - it's always clean and the covered tents are a bonus when it's hot out. The Reid is also pet-friendly - I am a huge animal lover and I appreciate that they allow our furry family members! It's a very friendly community as well. And the mail - I love getting my Amazon packages in the Amazon lockers rather than outside my door, and the security gates are a great bonus as well! I truly appreciate The Reid and their team.

Management sucks! All they do is sit in the office all day doing nothing,can’t enjoy the pool area because people who don’t live here take it over!! These apartments will be trash by the end of the year if management doesn’t do anything
I’m not going to go into too much detail. It’s a beautiful place. It has a great location, but the management is TERRIBLE when it comes to communication. And reaching back out. Something is going on with my application, and I keep getting the off-site team when I contact them. In other words, no one is ever in the office, so I’m confused on their advertising says to contact them. I called the Community Director, and she heard my issue. However, she did not follow up with me like she said she would. I came from out of town to view other apartments as well, and they were not open at the stated time. Also, I was told that the office is closed on Sundays, but the door said 12-5p. I am very disappointed in the poor communication and in the lack of urgency when it comes to issues.
