If I could only rate this place as zero like this place deserves, i'm a tenant and I highly dont recommend this place at all, most especially their office staff's are the most unprofessional and rudest employees of all! I've let countless events slide off but this time wont be, asked for a copy of our lease told me to wait an hour so I did, day passes by to another at noon still didnt receive the copy, so I called them, 1st call I was place on hold and rep. didnt come back, 2nd call did the same 3rd call told me to wait an hour and did the same thing as the 2 prev. calls, also advised me to request it in person would be quicker, so I went to their office and the employees I spoke to over the phone had the audacity to present their worst attitude and was completely unprofessional! Rolled their eyes, huffed and puffed and even had the nerve for inappropriate remarks, telling me to get out of their office and they are in a place of business, I would be ashamed too if I was a part of their staff cause even for a single request it had to come to this! Now, if you want to go through arguements before getting what you need from them is worth the try then go ahead but if you want a decent place to live at the very least? dont choose this place (take it as a tip from a tenant) To be exact they were 3 unprofessional persons that argued with me! Didnt even give me the right copy I asked for cause they were to busy with their unprofessional attitude

I've been here for over a year now. I've had to call the police three times, on 3 different tenants for various reason. Security here is a joke, is never around, and can only call the police for you. They gave us a move in date, then moved it back a week 10 days before our move in day and never gave us a reason besides, "it was ready yet" (when nothing in the apartment was new when we moved in. There were still marks on the floor from the previpis tenant. )Jerome is the only maintenence guy who will ever get anything done, otherwise, good luck getting anything fixed. It's extremely loud here, kids screaming and running around 24/7. Management is awful, they never answer the phone, and most of them are extremely rude and will lie to your face. If you work late at night, goodluck finding a parking spot, there arent enough for everyone at night. I can't wait until my lease is over.
The Renaissance apartments are liveable, but definitely won't take your breath away. The complex is in an alright area, and gated and fenced all the way around, which is nice, but the only entrance gate is directly off of a 3 lane, high-traffic street which makes turning in a nerve-racking experience. Also, the foliage at the entrance makes it very difficult to watch for oncoming cars when leaving through that gate. The apartments managers are amiable enough but don't always seem to know what they're doing. The maintenance crew never shows up on time, if they show up at all. There are a few amenities, like in-ground pools and free WiFi in the office, but as another testament to their mediocrity the pools are not very clean and the WiFi connection is very poor. When it comes to the apartment itself, the interior is very nice, when I moved in everything seemed up-to-date and nothing was broken. The 1 bed 1 bath I have came with laminate floors made to look like hardwood, and only carpeting in the room, which was a plus for me but some may not like it. The walls are quite thin so you're gonna hear everything your neighbors are talking about. I will say that the apartments are often clustered quite awkwardly, with some having a large patch of grass in between them and others just a dust pit and some gravel. Overall, I would not rent here again but I'm not completely miserable here.
IT'S Important to me to have a living environment such as apartment or of choice. I live in a 2 bed and I share with other person. I have income and desire more and also to met the requirements of apartment leasing prices. But i need to start some where. So I can make the choices of living self or other person. I pay my lease and bills on time. I make it my priority as well as keep the apartment in good condition. I would like to have an environment of choice. I have paid lease on time for many years and in different living requirements plus with a problem. It been a long time waiting for living that are affordable or meeting the requirement for own income. Just giving the chance to prove to apartments property how important it is for my living environment as well and more about one X the lease or pulling the price rate per income will do the leasing customer some great good. So its no lie about me being a great leasing customer. If I am one of winners it will make my living The best ever.
this place is infested badly with cock roaches. someone needs to call the health department.

This apartment looked good at first, from the double pools, fitness center, and location. When touring it looked quite and we'll maintained but it was not till after moving in did we realize the "cleaning" was just painting over the old tenants food. The maintnance was nothing short of making it looked foxed. Within the first month the paint chipped off everything, the doors never matcher the frame, and all the drawers kept coming off the track. The noise of course, is expected as we are in apartments. But when you have children standing outside your window talking to you, it makes you wonder where those parents got their parenting g license. I would never let my child harass a house hold thru a bedroom window daily. Let alone do nothing we it's brought to my attention.
They are always raising the rent. They are always changing managers and their policy. They attempt to work on the amenties but dont succeed.
I have been a resident at The Renaissance for about 3 yrs and the biggest issue this complex has is the fact that for most of the yr the gate is not working so is like not having a gated entrance since is almost always open. I didn't really like the compartmentalised apartment layout, and how much little insulated they are for both weather(The back of the apartment can easily be a few degrees of difference with the rest of the apartment) and sound(no matter were u are in the apartment you can hear outside noises and conversations very easily). Management seems to change constantly, but seem to be very engaging with the community for a while now.
