Outstanding!!!
The place was put under new management a few months ago and the place looks like never before. The last owners works doesn’t compare at all to this one. Brand new cabinets and bathroom, as well with tiles. Totally recommend!!!

Amazing building!!!
The building was put into new management a few months ago and they redid the whole building. The outside landscape looks a lot more beautiful than before with the owner in June2017. The brand new bathroom and kitchen cabinet is a real improvement. I’m so excited to see what the place looks like when there finished!!!

Mildew Infestation...
Donot I repeat donot move here, each and every unit has sweating floors and mildew growing in the walls. The mildew will grow on your shoes, clothes, mats on the floor and anything else it can grow on. If you doubt me, I have pics to prove otherwise. Be smart, move somewhere else!!

Nice apartments
Vey nice area and apartments have been remodeled. New property management is extremly friendly and accommodating. Great location. You are surrounded and within walking distance from major stores.

Excellent Property, Management and Location
We love this place!! its right on Federal Highway and minutes from the beach. New management has done a LOT inside the units and outside as well. They are providing brand new kitchens and bathrooms.

Great people and environment to live close to the beach and a Whole Foods around the corner. Brand new units very happy with this place !

Needs a lot of work and new people running it and they need to put money into it
