DO NOT APPLY HERE!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT LIKE TO GIVE IT BACK..I REPEAT DONT DO IT!!! I applied here back in Feb because I was moving from Maryland to Georgia. I applied paid the 300.00 for the application fee and the admin, I called and was advised that the 225 would be issued back to me which was fine. I waited over a month before calling back because I realized I had not seen the money back in my bank account so I was told that because the full amount was not being refunded sometimes the bank rejects it and someone was supposed to reach out to advise that a check was supposed to be sent and it was sent to my Maryland address which I understood and spoke with whoever the manager was I think her name was a Ashley I’m not sure but I know she wasn’t very pleasant when I called to even ask about the. Apartment’s I should have known then but she then took down my new address reason I remember was because she finished my zip code before I could and I was surprised. I then wait another 7-10 business days for the check to come in the mail and again nothing so I call to ask where the check was and was advised that again it was sent to my Maryland address so now I’m mad and say imma just dispute it with my bank, we are now in may and my bank is calling me advising that they are now disputing which was fine because I advise the lady at my bank to let them take the 75.00 because it wasn’t mine I just wanted my 225.00 they NEVER responded to my bank and now here we are sept and I’m getting a call for an outstanding balance of 75.00 from a collection agency that was supposed to be taken from my bank back in May. So again to save you all this headache don’t even apply!!!

Current resident, never late with no Ax to grind. Just giving a heads up. No home delivery, medical supplies stolen from front door. Squatters staying in empty apartments, employees in on it. Courtesy officer waste of time. Mice, roaches & bed bugs, I can attest to roach infestation, heard mice in my neighbors & I've seen the critter exterminator normally it's Terminix. No smoking, yeah right, I definitely know what weed smells like. Personnel fake, rude, nonchalant and unprofessional. Dogs, dogs & more dogs, most unleashed. One dumpster, disgusting & overflowing every weekend. Carbon monoxide levels high. Cheap appliances, Frigidaire more like Hotpoint. Fake flooring, fake granite. Peeling tubs, shotty electrical outlets bootleg installation, pushes in wall when plugging. Poor installation, Georgia Power bill will be high, especially if you have kids. This was a temporary stay for me to prepare myself for home ownership but this is not decent enough for that, do yourself a favor and even though it's frustrating keep searching.
