My experience at 4s Reserve has been positive and can’t imagine living anywhere else. The convenience and how the complex is nestled right in 4s Commons with the shopping makes life more convenient and easy. The outside aesthetics are clean and well maintained. I feel safe at nighttime as well as my younger daughter. The staff has always been helpful and courteous.

We are newcomers to the community and have been very pleased with our experience. The office staff, Nancy & Jazzmine are friendly, professional and easy to work with. Our maintenance requests have been addressed quickly and efficiently and in a courteous manner. Love our apartment and the location is great. Walkability to shops and restaurants are very important to us. At this time I would rate our overall experience with The Reserve at 4S Ranch as Excellent.
Definitely not luxury apartments. Definitely not children and pet friendly.
My family and I have had a great experience in the few months we've been here. The front office and maintenance staff have been very helpful and responsive, which has made living here a truly hassle-free and enjoyable experience.

I have enjoyed my experience at The Reserve 4S. The maintenance staff is very helpful and the amenities are great. Its grounds are pretty, keeping up with the beautiful neighborhood. Ralphs, Sprouts, Target, CVS, major banks, great dining, Bed Bath & Beyond, hiking trails and much more, all in walking distance. Relaxed feeling in the community.

The rent is very high for what you get here. The pet park is horrible. They NEvER clean it up.

The Reserve at 4S Ranch feels like a hidden gem. It is right in the middle of a fabulous suburban neighborhood while also in walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. And on top of that, it is a gorgeous complex with parks, pools, a gym, and garages. It is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in.
The amenities at The Reserve are superior. There are two pools, food trucks, a Clubhouse with events and maintenance and patrol on the grounds. The Reserve is also adjacent to a mall with restaurants, grocery stores salons and a hardware store.
I truly look forward to coming home, to The Reserve community! I feel so safe living here!
The Reserve is located in one of the newest parts of San Diego. Its in walking distance to a shopping center that includes banks, stores and popular restaurants. Its close to other small shopping centers, restaurants as well as a public library and PUSD schools. Perfect for dog lovers which includes a small gated dog park.
The Reserve offers reasonably priced, quality accommodations. The staff is very friendly and professional.
Ive moved many times in my lifetime and this was the at the top of a positive and full of relief experience.
Great community, overall nice apartments but needs serious improvement regarding the services the management team provide to the residents.
This community is quiet, safe, and full of nature. So close to shops yet you still feel like you are surrounded by trees and grass and singing birds. You feel a sense of ease here.
I have been here at The Reserve 4S Ranch for almost 2 months now and I am very happy here! The staff are all very friendly and caring and always respond in a timely manner with any issues you may have. The property is very clean and well maintained. The unit that I live in is very quiet. I live in a 1BR apt and the layout is open and makes it feel a lot bigger than it is. It feels like home.
As a long time resident of The Reserve, I have enjoyed the friendly staff of The Leasing Office always ready to solve any problems, update appliances or flooring, and ease of renewing my lease. Maintenance staff are also friendly and respond quickly to my requests sometimes the same day. The swimming pools are always kept clean and landscaping is excellent no matter what the season. I am looking forward to continuing to being a resident of The Reserve at 4S Ranch.

Higher end apartment homes, with decent fixtures and amenities, built in the late 2000s. Directly adjacent to the 4S Commons, close to Del Sur, Rancho Santa Fe, Rancho Bernardo, Carmel Mountain, Sabre Springs, Penasquitos, Black Mountain and Old Poway. 13 miles from the Beach!

Nicest complex in this pricerange in this area. Maintenance is amazing. Like how every unit has a garage and washer/dryer. Never had any issues with spiders or bugs (other than mosquitos in summer) in either of the buildings I've lived in. Like the cute little bridges and park you can walk across to get to the nice, clean shopping center. Beautiful views of the mountains, and love how my unit faced palm trees. Overall, it's a quiet community in an upscale neighborhood; however, there are "those" neighbors who have voices that carry, which it would be nice if management addressed--that'd be my only complaint.
Ive only been a resident for one month, however, my daughter and I couldnt be happier, living here. Yvette and Nancy in the office are absolutely amazing! Yvette is very attentive and is a pleasure to deal with. ;) The entire office and maintenance staff have been amazing.

Dont move in!!!! The staff is so sweet when trying to get u to rent but refuse to help once u r a resident. Also make sure EVERYTHING they tell or promise you u get a written write-up with their name & signature
I wish I could say that it's been terrific living here, but the fact is that all these wonderful extras like swimming pools, Jacuzzis and recreation room don't do much for me because I'm paralyzed and bedbound right now.

Please go over all the floor plans. Leasing stuff will rush u into renting a vacant space and collect deposit n rent. Dont rush into choosing ur apt, take ur time. Becoz some floor plans are really bad , no closet space and I hv to walk outside in the rain/cold to do my laundry . Very frustrating.

As I feel I have been taken advantage of and should have had my carpets cleaned in my windows washed once a year, I have nothing good to pass on. For what it's worth, the carpets are showing bare spots and places and are so worn that a definitely should have been replaced years ago as promised.
