I haven’t even moved in yet but I love the community and everyone seems really friendly. Everyone in the leasing office is very helpful which makes the application process smooth and stress free. I can’t wait to move in!

My experience at the reserve has been great so far! I moved in last august and don't have anything major to complain about. The location is great. Easy access to campus and grocery stores/restaurants. I have really enjoyed using the amenities as well. Lastly, any interaction I've had with staff or maintenance has been great. The staff is nice and efficient with requests.

This is my fourth year living at the reserve and I've lived in both a four bedroom and a two bedroom apartment. I've really enjoyed my time here and I think that the current staff at the reserve is the best that it's been in my time here. Living here is fine, but it is not anything that is luxury. Residents are loud but if you ever submit a complaint, management does not do anything. People don't follow quiet hours and marketing is slow at communicating events.

Not a bad apartment and amenities are pretty nice. Mantience fixed most of the issues pretty quickly, but you aren't notified when mantience are going to show up and they oftentimes don't knock, so a man would just show up in our apartment without our knowledge.

I've loved the reserve so far! I moved in in August and I've had no complaints. Love the easy accessible amenities and the location is perfect to me. Grocery stores and restaurants less than a minute away!

I am in a motel because my unit has mold and no air conditioning. There is also flooding in one of our rooms carpets. The unit was not cleaned before our arrival and there was Mac and cheese on the ground and bugs in the shower.

I like the apartment, some of the doors were hanged at a little angle, making them close by them selves, but the rest is excellent. There's plenty of space, and I got all the furniture I needed.

I enjoyed my time as a resident but I would rate my experience a 6.5/10. Roaches were the biggest issue that lasted for months at a time. I did not like how a two room was not available for showing, nor pictures, which was frustrating when touring and deciding. I also did not like how dark the apartment because of our location. However, we did ask to be in the front of the apartment complex, and that wish was granted, which I appreciated. Maintenance worked well with us, the staff was very nice, receiving packages and mail was easy, and the amenities were nice.

Amazing staff, great location and amazing furnished apartments. comes with tv, couches, washer and dryer, dishwasher, oven and so much more. we love the hardwood flooring as well.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and I think that most of the time the reserve is a pretty okay place to live. The maintenance staff is really nice and they’ll even explain things that you can do to fix certain things without their help which is really useful.

I think there are benefits being only a ten minute drive from campus and close grocery stores. Overall the place is fine, but not worth price.

Great place to live if you're looking somewhere affordable and still want to have nicer amenities! It's close to campus and you still have the option of taking the bus if you do not have parking on campus!

It has been okay. The other residents don't have regard for anyone. They will park their cars in handicap spots (w no tag) or on the grass next to buildings. They will throw beer bottles in the parking lot and break glass at 3am. The maintenance team is awesome they are fast and efficient. The amenities are okay, the tennis court is so old and cracked to the point its hazardous.

It's been good so far the only problems I have had would be when it rains a lot. I get a little bit of a leak in the ceiling but other than that maintenance has fixed everything within 24 hours.

Lots of roaches but also good amenities and response time for work orders. Otherwise the atmosphere is good, especially if you get an apartment closer to the front.

I love all of the amenities that the reserve supplies. The new renovations are awesome too. I wish it was closer to campus. The staff is friendly and helpful but slow.

Great amenities such as pool, gym, tennis courts, basketball courts. My experience with my apartment has also been great, the living area is large and the kitchen has everything you could need. Also the service when something is wrong at the apartment is quick and reliable.

The office staff are very kind and work very hard. I can call them if I have any concerns or issues. The amenities are a huge plus as well from the pool to the computer room.

I have lived here for 2 years now. I am a graduate student so the Reserve has been a perfect place to live as its quiet but not too far from campus. With the renovations that were done over the summer, I feel like I am living in a new apartment. The staff is friendly and maintenance is extremely quick to respond. Definitely recommend!

Not only the amenities are great, but maintenance and everyone else is great! They’re always there to help me with something, and make me feel welcome whenever I stop by! Plus, amazing apartments for a reasonable price!!
