My daughter is in college in Houston and these apts are disgusting, and full of roaches. At night hookers come out and swarm the area, it’s so bad they have to put police station camera device at the front of apartments near the entrance. Do not rent here they are on cheaper side for rent for a reason.
Attentive &’ helpful management, really nice apartments, very peaceful environment. Fast process.

Office personal are great. But many of the units are infested with pest. Ask for help serval times and relocating to another unit . Been turn down several times. They rather see you suffer throughout the lease term and offer to keep spraying as their only option without the issue ever being resolve. Upper management does a poor job of keeping customers happy. Please reconsidered

If you need some maintenance in your apartment be prepared to wait a while for them to come check out what is wrong they only have 1 maintenance man for the whole complex. Once they do come out 90% of the time the issue isnt fixed so you will wait longer. There are rats and roaches its disgusting they have no pest control. Your car will be towed even though you are a resident there. They contradict themselves all the time in where you can park and then your car ends up being towed. Management is horrible high turn around rate. Do not move here

they towed your car all day long 24/7. they don't refund any money back. they will towed your visitor parking. they take more than a week to fix any issue from your apartment they don't care if you have kids and your a/c is not working. office hours state to be open from 9 to 5 and when you go there the office is open by the Plummer's staff and they will tell you that the office manager will be there by 12 pm. they will lock your door for any reason and they claim that is not their fault if your car is towed but the funny thing is that for you to get in/out form the building you need to have a gate card to access the gate which is only provide by the office. this is the worst place to live and honestly I don't know who is more ignorant if the owner or the office manager. the office manager will talk to you with attitude like if you are her child!!!! don't waste your money on this place, you will regret later on

Apartments are old and falling apart. They just paint over problems. My car was vandalized on three separate occasions and management did nothing even though there are security cameras. Management went in before my lease was up and removed my personal property, when I spoke to the owner he laughed and said it wasn't his problem. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone!
The maintance doesnt come to fix anything in the apartment. I had to wait a month to get my ac fixed when i wasnt working when i moved in and i continously told them i have 2 kids. The office manager kept saying she would send someone but never did.

Is a 2 bed apartment with 2 restroom one is inside the master nedroom and the other one is beside the second bedroom has alot of space in the living room comes with a closet also the diner..the kitchen is regular with a small bar shelve has enough cabinets with a really nice stove
