Property Ratings at The Reserve at Bucklin Hill
I lived here about one year and was barely at my place. I decided to move because I am Active duty Military and rent was going up. I moved out and once I got my final invoice they had charge me for just about everything you can think of. I was a single man, barely had company, the place looked like I didn’t even live. I had the place cleaned and everything. I was charged $743 for carpet cleaning and apartment clean up. I took a video Of the apartment once I moved out with all the carpets, wall, countertops and everything. There was no mention of these fees prior to moving. Run! They do not care about the condition of the apartment at move out. They will charge you regardless of whether they need to replace or clean anything. This place is such a ripoff.

Floors and walls are paper thin, management is non-responsive, they're all about turn and burn. We couldn't wait to leave!

I have had an amazing experience with the maintenance and the office personnel. They have been helpful, friendly, and quick to resolve any issue that has come up. The location is perfect and the grounds are immaculately kept. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

I love the ENTIRE staff here, they made me feel comfortable in choosing The Reserve, Jessica the Property Manager really loves what she does and you can see that in her work ethic and attitude. They got a new maintenance guy and I had 1 issue when I moved in and he fixed it immediately, great place so far. Excited to see what's to come.

I have been living at the Reserve for 9 months now and, although I had my choice of properties when moving here, I am ABSOLUTELY certain I picked the BEST place to live here in Silverdale. First and foremost , as with any apartment complex, it is the Staff that can make the difference. The staff at The Reserve is very friendly, accommodating and always go out of their way to assist. I have found Jessica Corcoran, Property Manager, to the epitome of Professionalism and extremely caring. From organizing Community events to ensuring the health, comfort and safety of ALL residents, Jessica is on top of things. Jessica's assistant, now moved to another property, Erin was an absolute joy to work with. Hector, head of maintenance and grounds, has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to take care of any issue I have seen (they have been very few) quickly and correctly. The grounds and common areas are maintained very well and always show Pride in Ownership. Neighbors are respectful and quiet. Any disruptions, again, are handled promptly and professionally by Jessica and her great staff. In the 9 months I have been here I honestly am surprised at how quiet it is at The Reserve! Overall, a GREAT place to live! Sure, you can find other places and pay a little more but, in my opinion, you will not find better value or a more friendly, professional staff.

Thanks for sharing your opinion of Reserve Bucklin Hill! We appreciate you choosing to make your home with us. We enjoy serving our residents, and your kind words made our team's day particularly rewarding.
If you want to live in a small, old "renovated" apartment and have that "third-world-country" feel and pay an arm & a leg for it, then this is the place for you! "Brand new, renovated apartment" includes: Nasty staff, various bugs, mice/rats, roaming cats, barking dogs, questionable tenants, loud tenants, litter, questionable plumbing, low popcorn ceilings, cheap appliances, plastic countertops, plastic fake colored cabinets, plastic floors, very old windows, tiny porches, thin walls, inadequate parking, low water pressure, inadequate storage, ect. & overall poor quality. & You pay all your own utilities & parking, nothing is included! Even worse, the Staff was nice at first but after moving in they develop a nasty attitude. Their conduct & lack of professionalism is astounding. Before you move in they always show people the nice "model" apartment but you end up getting a cheap, fake version when you sign the lease, clearly a "bait & switch" situation. And if you live here and one of the other units is being "renovated" be prepared to spend a month & a half with unbelievable construction noise. I suggest if you do decide to live here take a lot of pictures of the apartment before you move your things in and take as many pictures of it when you leave. This is especially important in a complex like this one, because it's very obvious that they are pinching every penny and over-charging on rent, pets, parking and defiantly overcharging for move-out fix cost also. These apartments were formerly called "Emerald Crest Apartments" and received several bad reviews about tenants being tricked into not getting a final walk through when leaving and the apartment complex taking advantage of them financially AND not returning security deposits!! And as I said before, overcharging for fix/cleaning costs upon move out. Similar complaints are being left now under the new name. This sort of greed is very disturbing & makes me question their true motives. I especially feel sorry for the military people & first-time renters who I are especially taken advantage of by this apartment complex. After reading just the reviews at apartmentratings.com AND Yelp, PLEASE REASEARCH!! It's clear they are using various predatory practices against vulnerable consumers & military personnel. I don't know how they sleep at night. PLEASE BEWARE!!!

We like it well enough here. We like the look of the apartment and it's relatively quiet, staff is nice and friendly. In a crowded area of town, and they're kind of small on space and expensive, but it's home.

I have been living here for almost 2 years. This apartment is Ideal for Silverdale WA because it is close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, schools for the kids and much much more. the management is awesome. There is a nice play ground for your kids, basketball court, indoor swimming pool, racquetball court, exercising room, tanning bed. It is hard to come across apartments that has good management team, good maintenance and a good area.
