Property Ratings at The Reserve at Campbell's Creek
Great place to live at apartment well maintained maintenance is on point with maintaining the building's Great prices for the apartments
I've been here for about 6 months and I must say I do enjoy living here. The complex itself is pretty quiet. I really like that its tucked away providing seclusion. Crystal the property manager is very accommodating and during this pandemic has been instrumental in making sure tenants are able to keep their apartments. It's always a pleasure to go in to pay rent and catch up with her because she really does try to build personal relationships with her tenants.
I have never lived somewhere so unprofessional people please stay far away from this place as possible ! I had to get out of that neighborhood it’s not save ! Crackheads wondering and the office only have 1 stuff member whom is very rude & unprofessional, it’s big roaches roaming around this premises it’s not worth the money
I have NEVER been so dissatisfied with staying somewhere in my ebtire life ! I moved here in July, the property was undergoing rennovations inside and out. When I first moved in the AC unit didn’t work, there was roaches everywhere & the unit wasn’t clean at all. I had to sleep out of my car for weeks because the heat was unbareable. Fast forward to now, the property has undergone new mamagement, Wellington Advisors, and although the staff is nice, Im still dissatisfied with them as well. They lack communication, they failed to communicate with me that they were laying down new concrete so I had to walk in the mud. My cable and internet has been off for almost a month due to contractors cutting the lines, Ive called the office several times to see when this issue is going to be resolved and still no follow up, they’re still working on things in my unit that should’ve already been done. The contractors working out here are rude and argumentative, I have roaches and bugs still crawling through my unit frequently and my wall is cracked due to work that should’ve been done before I moved in. I haven’t been able to enjoy myself since I moved out here and Im trying to find somewhere to stay, because this isn’t cutting it. Im basically paying rent for a place Im unhappy with, half the things in my apartment doesn’t work, and it seems like no one cares to resolve the issue
