Property Ratings at Reserve at Chaffee Crossing
The Reserves at Chaffee Crossing claim to offer luxury accommodations and services. In reality, you get to look forward to poor attitudes, small apartments with mold, peeling paint, exorbitant prices and fees. The staff follows closely in the property managers footsteps and maintain an elitist and condescending attitude. If you have issues with your apartment, you can expect a return within 2-4 weeks. The grounds outside are often unkept as they bring in outside contractors once or twice a year to do grounds keeping. They will often claim they are pet-friendly, be prepared to pay anywhere from $500 to $1000 just to have your pet. Then you’ll be charged a shampooing fee and a flee treatment flee just for having an animal when you move out. Rent continues to rise uncontrollably, to the point you could get a three bed, two bath house for the price of a 1b 1b apartment. At least you get access to a small pool, gym, and dog park (which is getting removed.)

Anonymous Just wanted to clarify a few things from your review. Luxury Apartment living is not for everyone, and yes, costs go up as does rent but we do our very best to provide excellent apartments, amenities and customer service to our residents in such a great up-and-coming area. It seems some people have been spreading misinformation about The Reserve being a bad place to live because it's pet-friendly and has fees. Pet Friendly refers to we welcome pets! Not all landlords do. Along with pets comes fees that must be paid. Secondly, there has never been a plan to remove our dog park, in fact, plans are to enhance it for our furry friends that love to play there. About the overgrowth, we are aware and have addressed it already this week. With the recent rains and storms our landscaper got a bit behind but understands how important curb appeal is to us and our residents. And yes, our amazing team does occasionally have remind our residents of the community policies, but this is rare. We all take pride in having great residents at The Reserve. I’m truly sorry we did not live up to your expectations and will strive to do better going forward. On move-out cleaning and flea treatment, it's the resident's responsibility if the unit needs it and that is all spelled out clearly in our lease agreement.
Is great, quiet, clean, well preserved. Everyone is very respectful, is isolated enough to have some fresh air and green but close to everything

It was a paradise... five years ago! We stayed in a one-bedroom upstairs unit for multiple years before getting tired of the constant rent hikes. We now have a 4 bedroom house less than a mile down the road for not much more than we were paying our tiny apartment. Expect dark (dangerous) parking lots at night, a cramped workout room, and lackluster management. P.S. you won't get back any of your deposit. Countless others also got the same "it's out of our hands" response to rooms left spotless.
We have been here for 18 months & have been very happy with the apartment & the staff. If we have any problems Daniel is here in no time to fix the problem. The ladies in the office are alway polite & respectful. No complaints from us!
