Recently on my 3rd lease renewal. I have lived in the apartments for 2 years and now the townhouse section. Friendly and courteous staff. Very responsive when maintenance issues arise. The amenities and the property is kept very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend the community.
Quiet and the staff are very helpful. It feels like it’s own private community. I have a 5 year old and safety is very important to me and it’s very safe here. So happy I made the decision to move here. I’ll probably get a town home here if one opens up.

We moved to Florida In July 2018 and decided to rent for the first year to see where we will end up living first. We were not disappointed with The Reserve. Loved our time here. Everyone is very nice, everything is brand new. The pool area was amazing and clean. The maintenance guys are incredible always riding on the golf carts making sure everything is top notch. Another thing that we loved is that there is kids everywhere so my two boys always had someone to play with. Now it's time to move to our new house but we loved out time here and would recommend it to anyone.
Renters please beware before even considering moving in here, got mold all on the baseboard in one of the smaller bedrooms due to improper construction situations, office staff not helpful or caring at all, very rude staff, pool area closes at 5:00 pm along with the office with a security guard standing there due to fears of vandalism because it's a section 8 area, front entrance gate gets stuck all the time and staff take forever in opening it.Very high electric bill due to poor ventilation in apt. Garden outside is full of weeds and dog poop all over. It's been a year of a complete nightmare, please don't get trapped like I did unfortunately.Also front doors are cut short all the dirt from the outside comes inside the front foyer.Please consider renting elsewhere .
I drove nearly an hour to meet them in person to discuss my client's interest, as they are moving from out of state site unseen. I introduced this possibility to them, followed up with an in person consultation, collected the information and name of the agent helping me, and gave my client information to them as a heads up. NOTHING WAS SAID about them having to be on site in person for me to collect a referral. So they applied online and now they're quick to point out that they have a "corporate policy" that requires people be physically present in order for me to get the referral. I get that, but that isn't what I was told and they were worse than UGLY about hearing me out on this issue. The attitudes of the staff are below poor, in my humble opinion. I will never refer another client but I'm 100 percent sure they don't care. They made that crystal clear.
I can't even begin to describe how disappointed my family and I are about this complex. Sure photos online look beautiful but it's been a disaster ever since we moved in. When the keys were handed to us, we went into our apartment, there was paint on the floors, UNPAINTED baseboards, banged up appliances, banged up mirrors, outlets that were upside down that didn't work, hand prints on the walls, a front door that didn't close properly, missing shower heads in bathrooms. It was a disaster. To this day 6 months later, we still have things that weren't fixed. This being a new complex you would think it would be perfect. It's far from it. We really wanted to love this community but in reality we really just can't wait for our lease to be up to move out. :(
Want to debunk the other reviews on here. My wife and I applied here and got accepted. As long as you cooperate and give them the information they are looking for you will be fine. There is a reason they ask for VOE forms and other important documents. No trouble being accepted.
I met with the manager, picked out an apt, & submitted an application. She verbally stated that there would be no problem with the approval. I am earning 3 or 4X the amount required. After approximately 6 weeks of waiting, it was denied under generic reasons. The management was not friendly nor cooperative. I recommend that you look elsewhere.
I passed all the qualifications for this place, but it seems that they have a certain standard that they're looking for in there residence. Almost feels as if you're being judged. The manager kept finding different reasons to deny my application to point where I just wanted my money back. The place is nice, but the people managing the property not so friendly. I Found a different townhouse although a little bit more expensive the process went very smooth with no complications like this place was putting me through.
