Property Ratings at The Reserve at Cypresswood
First off, when we signed. Lease we were not informed that the 24-hour maintenance is shut down because of covid, and the pool is closed because of covid, if they would have stated this we would have went to another apartment, because all other are open, we contacted other apartments in the area, and asked if they had maintenance and the pool open and they said “Yes”, when asked why I stated the The Reserves at Cypresswood has every amenity shut down for covid, they laughed. when u pay more rent for better amenities You should get them or take it off the rent.
This apartment complex has the money to fix things but nothing ever gets fixed the security gate is broken the cameras are broken and when you pay for these security measures they should be fixed vehicles are being broken into people drive threw the playground this apartment complex first and only worry is collecting our rent which is going up the office is dysfunctional nothing get done
We will be moving when our lease is up. Office staff is not friendly. It will take multiple calls to get things fixed. Trash ends up all over the property from the dumpsters. Gates are always open night and day so there is no point in paying the money for a gated community. Also, there is no night time security. Very overpriced for the service that you get; I would definitely recommend Pine Hollow for better management even though the property is older. The turn over in the office is very high. Come see for yourself before signing a lease.
I applied to get into one of these apartments and after waiting two weeks I finally moved on since I was in a hurry for a place to live. I had already paid for the application fee and had the full deposit and first months rent in their hand. Staff is rude, I heard the manager bad mouthing me as I waited in the lobby to get my check back for the deposit and rent. Very unprofessional, if it takes that long to get in the apartment I don't want to know how long it takes to fix any problems!
Horrible complex and customer service. Took 3 months to replace a broken dishwasher, still waiting on repairs to master bedroom door and bathroom 6 months after moving in. Staff is rude and not helpful at all.
