Love my Apartment!

Lived here since day one, love my apartment! I work at the airport, so only a few seconds away from the highway is great. Nice neighbors, and maintenance is great. I can hear a dog barking occasionally, but other then that I don't hear much. Staff has always been friendly and accommodate the best they are able to. Definitely recommend.

Exceptional Place to Relax

I’ve lived at The Reserve at Darley Green for over 3 years. The people here strive daily to keep everything maintained perfectly. Whenever I’ve had any problem, the maintenance people are “right there”. The office personnel continuously meet every need, and perform everything with a great attitude. The neighborhood has been kept scrupulously clean with everyone being friendly. I have had no noise problems ever. The pool, exercise area, and clubhouse are a great place to relax with friends or neighbors. I just ADORE living at The Reserve at Darley Green.

Be Careful!

This is indeed one of the best apartments in DE (close to Wilmington). The facility is new and clean. However, I would highly recommend you to NOT apply for this building! They take a $300 deposit from you for a unit that is UNKNOWN! At the beginning they say: "If we offer you the unit and you don't sign the lease, we will take the money." However, the true story is they do not have any deadline for getting back to you in regard to availability and they can offer you ANY unit and if you don't like it then $300 is theirs. This is happening at this place, while others at other properties do not even ask for deposit unless there is a specific unit that they are holding for ONLY you. The management and staff are super nice at the beginning. After you apply and pay the money, they are different people! I wish the management and staff could be more professional for such a beautiful place.
