I love my apartment but there are some things to be aware of. They lost my keys on move-in day. It also seemed like they did not prepare my apartment. I had to make multiple service requests; it has been two months and not all of my requests have been addressed. The neighborhood is nice but the neighbors ignore you. Parking is unassigned but I can barely park near my apartment. Tenants in my building have garages but instead use up all the parking spots. I was initially told that I would not really hear my upstairs neighbors much when I was given a tour. But all I hear is their stomping all day and all night. It is so annoying and frustrating.

Beware of this complex. The staff is constantly changing. They charge $9 per month for pest services but do not provide the services. They charge $25 per month for trash services and provide one compactor for the entire complex. The trash area has maggots and the odor can be smelled from miles away. I have asked to have bees and bugs removed from my unit Only to be told we can’t kill bees but I am highly allergic. I have put in for pest services seven times to no avail. I asked to be moved to another safer unit but was told by Chianne that I am not paying enough for the unit I am in. I pay what is on my lease. I am on the second floor without screens in my unit. Beware unless you want to be disappointed and frustrated. High priced rent sub par services. I wish I could attach pictures to attest the horrible conditions. Talk to residents and drive by the trash area unannounced.

- good neighborhood - great schools - quiet community - generally well kept Now the not so good (or just bad) - some neighbors refuse to take their trash to the dumpster and leave it at curb for days on end. Gross. Grow up and take your trash to the dumpster - pool can be closed despite it being "open hours" with no notice or explanation - maintainence is SO FAR BEHIND!!! I have waited weeks on more than one occasion for assistance on MAJOR things. I know they are stretched, and the management should be outsourcing to help them out until they can be caught up. - office staff will effectively ignore you. no response to emails, calls etc... It is downright rude and for the price we pay here....totally unacceptable. However once you are in the lease you are stuck.
The complex is beautiful and well maintained. For a 3BR/2BA with all the appliances included, this was the best value in the city at this level of quality. Glenbridge Manors is under new management within the last 1-2 years so you may take that into consideration after reading the previous reviews. I moved in within the last month and have had a great experience working with the leasing staff. When we applied they were even providing discounts on application fees for veterans, first responders, teachers, etc.

Glenbridge Manors are dishonest and do not comply with Ohio law. They will tack on an illegal charge on your move out bill. They will cash your checks specifically written (yes they cashed them, I have the cancelled checks) for carpet cleaning and apartment cleaning for move out and then charge you AGAIN for those same charges on your move out bill. Then they will simply ignore your challenging the double charges. Never answered me. Then they will put a Delinquent Payment on your Credit Record after you don’t pay it. Down goes your Credit Rating, thanks to Glenbridge Manors. When I gave my 60 day move out notice, Glenbridge, without telling me, and with no notice, changed my contract to month-to-month. I didn’t find out until I paid the next months rent. They changed to the higher month-to-month rate and also BACK DATED IT TO THE PREVIOUS MONTH that I had ALREADY PAID. Ohio law requires landlords to give the tenant NOTICE of a rent increase for a month-to-month tenancy and the rent increase will not be effective until 30 DAYS from the NEXT DATE rent is due. I doubt you can find a more unscrupulous landlord in Cincinnati.
POOR MANAGEMENT. No lock on club house pool which has led to kids staying there at all hours of the night after it has closed at 10:00pm. Kids are a noise disturbance, partaking in underage drinking and other illegal activity. Kids will be there until 2:00 am or later often on weeknight being extremely loud. Majority of Kids there after hours do not even live in complex. Management will not put a lock on the pool despite the request of residents of complex. Police are having to come to the complex on multiple occasions to make kids disburse and return home. Police have yet to hold kids accountable for their underage drinking and trespassing. Management continues to ignore issue at the cost of the residents of the complex.
Glenbridge Manors has been a great place to live. They have a 24 hour gym, a movie theater, dog park, pool, in apartment washer and dryers & some apartments offer attached garages (meaning you walk from the garage right into your apartment). About the only amenity they don't have is a place to wash your car. Compared to other apartments I've been at the sound proofing is much better here. About the only sounds that I hear involve doors being slammed shut and the occasional off balance washing machine. I can feel when the garage below my apartment is opened, but it isn't extreme and with large windows facing the road I can hear things from outside such as kids yelling or cars playing loud music. The sound of the hvac is very quiet, it can be heard when it kicks on but isn't obtrusive and doesn't require turning up the tv to hear it. The apartment does a good job of maintaining the temperature inside and my average electric bill is around $80.00 a month (roughly 1200 sq ft apt). The front office staff is very nice and the property is well maintained. I've struggled to find an apartment that felt like home but upon finding Glenbridge Manors that changed. I've referred multiple people to the complex and they have enjoyed it as well.
