Hi, thanks for your praise and kind words about our team.
We moved into our apartment in August, and had high expectations considering the price, neighborhood & the condition of the leasing office. They spent money renovating the leasing office instead of fixing the many issues that many of my fellow tenants experienced. Trust the bad reviews, this place is not worth it by any means.
I rented at The Reserve at Monroe Crossings for a little over a year, and the whole time the renting experience and the staff were amazing. This is the best place I've ever stayed, and I highly recommend it to anyone! -Living in the apartment was perfect because the walls were thick and very well insulated, and I barely even heard my neighbors when they dropped a dish or made a loud sound. -The grounds (grass, landscaping, parking lots) were always in top notch condition and maintained very well. -The staff John and Tracy are the nicest and most professional people you'll ever meet. -The pool and weight room are really nice. -Neighbors were always pretty nice.
Moved in to The Reserve At Monroe Crossings over 2 years ago and I could not be happier. The location is perfect being only 5-10 minutes away from both the local Primary school and High School. There is a small river that is a tributary of the Greater Miami river running right through the back end of the complex as well as walking access to the Monroe Crossings Community park with an excellent jogging trail. There is a Daycare right at the entry road to the site aswell as onsite 24 hour access to a Gym and a swimming pool open every summer. The complex is located just a turn off of Ohio Route 4 allowing quick travel to any of the surrounding cities. The management staff is always on site with Maintenance out every day active in the complex, aswell as yearly community events including Horse Drawn carriage rides for holiday parties and events for adults such as the winter wine tasting social. All in all this is one of the best complexes I have ever lived in and look forward to being a resident for a number of years.
