Lexington is a small city in central North Carolina, thirty minutes from Winston Salem and about forty minutes from Greensboro. Downtown is an attractive walking district of specialty shops and cafes amid an environment of historic buildings, and High Rock Lake just south of town offers a great venue for boating, swimming, and fishing. The community bills itself as the Barbecue Capital of the World, and they work hard to earn that nickname: barbecue joints are everywhere in town, and the annual Lexington Barbecue Festival draws well over 100,000 people to the city every October.

Property Ratings at The Reserve at Regents Center
I would be wary of this company. I spent one year in this apartment complex. The complex is nice, the staff is very helpful, and maintenance tries hard to fix the problems. The reason for the one star rating is associated with leaking plumbing, the noise from people partying in the parking lots, and the process of vacating the property. During my tenancy I had five major water leaks. Three of the leaks flooded my apartment and these came from the shower. One leak was from the apartment above and filled up my light globe. Finally, one leak from the apartment above caused a lot of mold to occur in the maintenance closet and the electric box on the hot water tank to sizzle and spark. While living in the apartment there would be tenants partying in the parking lot and at the pool making it very unsafe for children and others. There would be cigarette butts, alcohol bottles, and caps from the bottle in the parking lot. These parties would go on until late in the night Monday thru Friday. The safety officer and staff would not do anything to help. Finally, the worse part of the experience. I was charged a prorated fee for carpet. 886.90. I was charged for my animals urinating on the carpet even though my dogs were never in the apartment, they were in my home in another state. (They do not provide you with a pre move in inspection. They clean the carpets and try to pass them off for new.) After I moved out, I was sent a notice within 16 days of vacating the property. The notice indicated the charge and at the bottom the debt was being sent to a collection agency, because I was no longer a tenant. I disputed the charge and I am waiting for the results of the dispute. In a time when people are struggle from inflation and hardship, it is heartbreaking that companies which are worth millions would take advantage of those who are less fortunate. Especially when those folks are upstanding and paid the rent as requested.
Most compassionate, caring and professional community! I’ve leased my whole life and by far I’ve felt the most at home and at ease and cared for by the management and staff at this complex and they do community events on occasion! Big plus! It’s not a cheap apartment, and there def IS more expensive apartments out there, but in my opinion every cent you’ll pay is worth more because of how upkept the property is, the atmosphere management and maintanance are able to provide and the neighborhood inside the property isn’t your average drama filled apartment environment, it’s like it’s own peaceful community as it should be. We are so sad to be leaving, but this next chapter in a new state means buying our very first home as a couple and we’re very excited about that! ?????? No words can express the gratitude of being able to live in this community!
For apartment living, this place would be the best. The staff from Sheila, Mike, Bill to Troy are Johnny-on-the-spot for any issues
We were moving from out of state and had many questions. The office staff was there to answer any questions we had. They were always pleasant and helpful. The maintenance team are right on anything that comes up. Moving here has been super easy because of the entire staff. We are proud to live here and call this home. We recommend the Reserve at Regent’s Center. Richard and Gerard
We have lived here for 16 years and we love it! Close to the hospital,Interstates, and doctors. Office staff is amazing and maintenance team are superstars! It's a win win!
I have lived here basically on and off for 8 years of my life and I love it! I leave and always end up coming back because the great atmosphere of the apartments and the people that live here. It has a great gym, pool, playground for the kids, and a dog area where you can take them pups and let them run around. Love it here and would recommend anyone to stay here!
