While Pecan Springs-Springdale feels suburban and wooded, it’s only four miles from Downtown Austin and three miles from the University of Texas at Austin, making it a terrific option for those who want to be close to downtown but still have some space and natural beauty to enjoy. A few businesses are located in the neighborhood, but it’s mostly residential. You’ll find an H-E-B grocery store and several other shops and restaurants along Manor Road.

I’ve lived here on property for a while now and I just love the new manager Leslie I believe her name is if u need something or have a problem she is very helpful I’ve live in Apts all my life and have to say this is one of the best managers I ran into just thank god every day that she’s here
The apartment is really nice with all the amenities and helpful staff. Beautiful view and locations. These apartments could easily be 5 stars but on the first two days of moving in, I had cockroaches coming from the sink and bathroom. Also it’s messy everywhere. Public trashcans are over filled , hallways are stained and elevators are dirty but maintenance do try their best to keep it clean. At night don’t be surprised to hear people blasting music from their cars / pool, the Smell of weed in the air and the occasional couple fights where cops have to come and intervene. This place has so much potential but some residents just do not care at all . It really is a nice apartment but I can’t wait to leave .

I would recommend this apartment community because of its modern updated atmosphere and affordability. My only qualm would be with its lack of natural areas and substantial play areas for children.
Great location and a real friendly staff, with the right sort of skill that are always on the up and up. Maintenance Personnel had such a winning attitude
Staff is friendly and courteous and when something needs to be taken care of it gets done. Only thing is theft on packages when left on the doorstep. But otherwise the community is great!
I would like recommend it because the place is quiet, my apartment has a view of green, blue, beautiful day and night with lights, stars, moon. I would not like recommend it because the maintenance at the entrance and exit of the elevators is not adequate, it looks dirty and unpleasant to the eye, like the corridor that goes to my apartment. I keep fairly clean, my corridor and that of my closest neighbors.
