The Reserve at the Boulevard

I enjoy living at the Reserve at the Boulevard. It is very convenient to shop, grab something to eat, bank, and so many other things to do right outside of my home.

Great place to live, ammenities are great and service is spot on. Everyone is friendly and courteous.

I recently moved into this apartment complex, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The building is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with top-notch amenities that make it feel like a luxury living experience. The management team has been incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth move-in process and addressing any questions quickly. The community is peaceful, and the location is perfect—close to everything I need, yet tucked away enough to feel private and serene. I’m looking forward to making this place my home for years to come!

I’ve had a pretty decent experience except for the parking… It’s not horrible, but it’s not the best. Garbage situation is great except for the fact that some people think that it’s a public garbage can and put their garbage in it on top of mine and then I get a notice that I’m not allowed to do that when I didn’t even do it

Moving in soon, the experience has been great so far. From start to finish, the leasing process was very smooth. I'm excited for what the future holds.

t’s a beautiful growing community. And will continue to grow.. Spacious and cozy . Amenities are fantastic! Stellar staff and maintenance. I Absolutely recommend living here .

Super quiet and Community. Great for a single person. We have garbage pick up, a clubhouse, a pool and the gym. The maintenance team here is great. Close to a bunch of stores across the street.

It’s hard to comprehend what people here pay an amenity fee for. The entire gym is at best showing signs of age. At worst, there are aspects in complete disrepair. Overall still a decent and convenient place to live but the value just steadily decreases over time if they aren’t going to use the money they rake in in rent and amenity fees if things don’t improve. Staff is always pleasant, especially maintenance staff, but this place just has a feel of corporate cost cutting.

Everyone’s so nice and helpful, apartment is very warm and inviting. Love having my own parking space. Move in was so easy with no issues at all. Really think I’m going to love it here

I been living here 7 yrs..I love the Community, Neighbors are great you have the clubhouse & pool.. Now the shopping. Center is open Walmart & a Restaurant,Bagel.Place liquor store haircut place Northwell medical.. All in walking distance. You have functions at the clubhouse once in a while. The only downside is the parking. There's no parking for your friends to come visit.You always have somebody parking in your spot when you come home at night. Things need to change..The Breeze ways need to be kept up a little better. That's an overlook that nobody looks at. Just the residents when they're walking up the stairs they see all the garbage.. & dirt..

Living here is great. As a young single girl, I always feel safe which was a big priority of mine. The complex is maintained well. If I ever have a problem, it is handled in a timely matter. All in all it has been great.

Great place, great amenities. Office staff hard to reach on phone or in person. Floor outside apartment and staircase area a bit dirty, has not been cleaned upon request.

Great place to live…very clean grounds and great holiday lights throughout the community. Generally very quiet…whenever I have a maintenance issue it is handled in a timely fashion and the maintenance team is very friendly and professional!

Great apartment complex. It is expensive but the landscaping is very nice and the community is quite. The coffee machine in the lobby needs servicing often. Maintenance crew is responsive.

Super great place to stay! The people are all super friendly that live here I wish the dog park that we have was a little bigger and maybe grass but otherwise 10/10

The Reserve is an excellent choice for living. If you like to enjoy a location close to shopping, highway/transportation, and is maintained nicely. Jeff from leasing was super helpful.

Well now another great sensitive caring manager has left this property. You will be missed Christian!!! Most of the time its good here. Im at work most of the time! Paid $35 for water last month and im sure thats not my “fair share” being one person here. Grounds are beautiful though. They spend a lot of money on that. Ive been here 8 years and a lot has happened!! Maintenance guys are great! Most things like robberies, car fires, gas leaks mostly happen when there is no staff around, so we’re on our own. Security cant do anything to help with people parking in your very expensive assigned spots since its private property and the cops cant either. All ive asked for for years is a water spigot for a hose to wash my car. Theres a dog wash but no washing cars allowed. Weird. A lot of retail being built here including the lovely Walmart where everyone tries to kill each other in the traffic circle every day. Cant wait to see what else comes here. Its nice having stores closeby. Ciao!

Great atmosphere, clan community. Glad I choose to call this place home. Great apartment lay out. Close to stores, parks and highways. Love this neighborhood. Would recommend this place to friends and family. The club house and pool area useful, gym is updated as well.

Peaceful quiet most of the times Would recommend 24 hour gym access with key fob since the club house is self governed and spraying the walkways like prior years from garbage smell. Staff is nice and like that the place has more store choices

Great apartment and staff.. would recommend it to anyone who wants to live in Yaphank. Everyone is super friendly and nice and great amenities!

I have been living in this community for over six years. I am happy here, It's convenient for me, I can walk to Walmart, or to the restaurant, pick up a breakfast sandwich at the bagel shop and so many more things. all we need in this community is a gas station to finalize the convenience.

It's a beautiful place to live. Very quite as well. We like that everything is close to us. My fiance her mom and I been living her for 2 years now and we love it here! We would definitely recommend this place. It's a little bit expensive but we're making it work until we move in 2026.

Lovely community across from plenty of stores . Great to be able to walk on the sidewalks in the neighborhood instead of in the street

The community so far has proven itself to be a very clean and welcoming community. Everybody seems to be very friendly and it is very quiet and peaceful.

A nice, clean and quiet community with helpful and friendly staff. Very dog friendly with plenty of convenient dog waste stations and a dog park.

Great location! Close by to a food supermarket. Love the ability to walk a short distance for a morning bagel run and caffeine fix. I love the new dog park and the new renovations!

New to the Development- Everything is going well!! Luv the location. Floor area kept clean. It a nice and quiet place, walking around feels safe, and clean.

So far the place looks beautiful . Not sure how the area is but it seems quiet . Only thing I don’t like is no elevators for upstairs people but overall from the property staff leasing office and maintenance everyone is friendly.

Overall, we are enjoying our apartment, so far. We love the location. Everything was a bit confusing at first and still is, we are learning as we go considering we have had no guidance throughout this entire process. The "guidance" we were provided was incorrect or miscommunicated. The move-in process was a disaster. The lack of miscommunication within the leasing department and with us not being informed of certain things is completely unprofessional. We are hoping for the best at this point...

Everyone is very friendly and I really appreciate having security in the lot providing more safety and everything is so clean and neat and organized and I love it

I just renewed my lease for. It's my second year at the Reserve...and I love it here....it's a great place to live...I have all the convenience around me...friendly neighbors, professional would definitely recommend it.

Great community. Quiet community. Friendly neighbors. Close to a shopping center close to the expressway. My boys and I love it here. We love walking around the neighborhood

The appearance of the building. I am only speaking for building 9, it could stand to be cleaner. Starting with putting your garbage bag inside the can not on the floor. Stains on the floor for anyone with dogs in that building. Second floor is really dirty, stains and garbage smells. Just my observation from the building. People still stealing assigned parking. To avoid unnecessary disrespectful, I have chosen to suffer for many years and still happening.

Been living almost 7 yrs.Love the community.Pool,Fire pit,BBQ,club house with pool table & T.V's into & outdoor..We have Walmart,Bagel boss,Southpaw Brewery,Bank, Urgent care, Starbucks, Hair Salon, Barber shop & Northwell.. coming soon..You can walk to all..People are friendly..

The Reserve is a lovely community. The apartments are lovely and well designed. The grounds are well maintained, and the community has a quiet and pleasant vibe.

So far my experience here has been wonderful! My neighbors are friendly, it’s quiet, and it’s a gorgeous property. The management team is awesome and made the move-in process smooth and efficient. Special thanks to Christian for his professionalism, empathy, and all around good energy. Rosanna is also top notch, friendly, and professional. What I love most about this property is seeing so many people hand in hand casually strolling around. It's also nice to see young families out for walks as well. There is a definitive sense of peace here that I didn't experience at my former residence.

I love living here. People are courteous and friendly and honest. I dropped my phone recently and someone turned it in. I do feel that some of the Residents don't clean up after their dog because as I am walking my dog, I do see that dogs have not been cleaned up after. I also have noticed that people cut through here (driving) to go to Walmart and speed and we have had an incident with a person walking from Walmart (not a resident) and was yelling at my daughter randomly for no reason. The complex is beautiful but the Walmart does bring in a bad group of people sometimes - maybe more security or Police presence would help.
