Just moved into The Reserve in Yaphank! Loving the modern feel & quiet location. Smooth move-in. Great amenities. Highly recommend! The people are nice

Not to happy to still have $50 balance on our statement when we are told we would have $50 off our rent since our AC was broken for so long . 7 email were written and not even a response from the leasing office .

beautiful neighborhood. additional parking would be extremely appreciated. not a lot of resident events or gatherings. pool hours should be extended or consider a time for adults only. pool attendants are rude and lazy. pool is typically dirty and sandy.

Excellent place to live staff are friendly and the apartments are very nice . Christmas time looks like winter wonderland around here. I’m so glad I renewed my lease

Love living here! Once in a while maintenance is a little slow answering but for the most part it’s great living here!…it’s quiet, clean and beautifully landscaped and I love that I can walk and bike ride all around

Been living at The Reserve over 8 yrs. The Community is nice.You have the pool, Clubhouse, fire pit & Gym.You could take walks.You have Walmart.The shopping center that you could walk to. Everything's very convenient. The neighbors are nice & friendly...

Great community to reside in. Feel safe, clean, & close to shopping & restaurants. Would recommend to all. Please fix pool table, In need of few pool sticks & Air hockey table needs to be repaired. Gym equipment is good.

I love it here at the Boulevard...friendly neighbors, the staff are very professional never had a problem..I feel safe and secure knowing we have great security...lots of amenities....

This will be my third Year at the Boulevard, all I can say is....I love it here! Neighbors are friendly...so many conveniences, and activities....I give you guys 4 stars...awesome place to live....

The grounds at The Reserve are always kept nicely done. Everyone on the management team is always so nice and a pleasure to speak with. I love that the community is so dog friendly, and close to many shops.

General upkeep has fallen off since I first moved in. The stop sign that was downed shortly after I moved in 3 years ago was never replaced, work was done on the side of our building and the stones were never replaced, leaving visible metal sheets. The side of one of the brio building has been opened up and covered in plastic for so long there are plants growing around the scaffolding. The recycling room has been properly emptied in at least a month. Maintenance within the units is still very good, they arrive quickly and get the job done.

Alexis and the other staff were very helpful and easy to communicate with. The complex is very nice. They did a great job preparing the apartment before I moved in

Love it here. People are so nice and its always quiet. Been here since 2022. Still would definitely recommend this complex to people. I like how it's becoming a little community with all the food places and the super Walmart cross the street.

As a whole this place is very nice. The maintenance technicians are skilled and polite and very nice and always do what is needed. I get frustrated with some of the people int he office, but we have been working out the issues I have been having - Jessica is a sweetheart and goes above and beyond to assist me. Jay is nothing but nice and helpful with whatever he can do. There is another person who works there who I find rude and "bothered" when asked to do something.

I broke my lease at a development that was terrible. I have to say i truly love it here. It feels like home and feel very safe. Its on the more expensive side but im making it work. I hope to be here fot a while.

I love it here! Everyone is so nice! Love the new coffee maker at clubhouse and pool is looking great! People who work in office are very friendly! The grounds are kept beautiful

It’s such a beautiful community, I’ve only been here for one month but it already feels like home! The neighbors are friendly and welcoming and the grounds are kept so clean. Can’t wait for the pool to open!

This place is nice safe to live in. Quiet neighborhood!! What they should do is that anyone that lives in the apts, should get a 10% or 20% off to all the shop in the complex. Will be a nice thing or a complementary drink or a special day for apt renters in the complex discount. Just an Idea. Love the fact that is pet friendly and is always maintained nice and clean when walking the streets.

Great place great service The community is very nice.The grounds are kept well.Shopping is nearby to walk to. They have functions.You have the clubhouse to hang out & fire pit. Restaurants bagel place, Liquor store barbershop. More stores to come.

What started out to be a temporary residence, turned into 4 years. We both liked very much living at The Reserve enjoying the amenities of the gym, the recreation room, pool, beautiful landscaping, parking spot and a great staff. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious rental with a fireplace and outdoor porch. Also the conveniences of Walmart, Southpaw Rest, Bagel Boss, Starbucks, Yaphank Liquor Store, Tropical Cafe, Northwell Health Walk in Clinic and two Hair Salons. Plus many other restaurants coming soon. We will miss The Reserve. Who knows...one day we may be back.

The community is clean, beautiful and has many upscale amenities. Our apartment is spacious and includes a gas stove, washer, dryer and dishwasher.

I love my apartment. I do feel like there’s not many things going on like advance or meet ups to help people meet other people in the Community

The neighborhood is nice, clean, and quiet. The apartments are also spacious, beautiful, and well laid out. The parking lot usually has good availability for parking too

Better than average. Quiet and safe neighborhood but can’t say the same about your neighbors. Renewal rent rates went up 8% for what reason? Only thing that changed was our washer, which broke down and they replaced it with an older model, after a month of it being broken. Try to find somewhere else if you can.

The reserve is the best place to live! Good amenities, good neighbors, and friendly officers. The apartments have enough living space and nice maintenance makes it more convenient to live.

Overall would recommend. It is a good place to live and the apartments are nicely mated out and taken care of. There is a dog park which is very convenient.

I have lived here for 2 years so far and have nothing negative to say. The property is well maintained, quiet and peaceful. Maintenance handles any issues in a timely and efficient manner.

We were one of the first residents to move in when The Reserve opened almost 9 years ago. We’ve seen many changes through the years, including the property, staff, policies, etc. We are still very happy to be here :)

I enjoy living at the Reserve at the Boulevard. It is very convenient to shop, grab something to eat, bank, and so many other things to do right outside of my home.

I’ve had a pretty decent experience except for the parking… It’s not horrible, but it’s not the best. Garbage situation is great except for the fact that some people think that it’s a public garbage can and put their garbage in it on top of mine and then I get a notice that I’m not allowed to do that when I didn’t even do it

Moving in soon, the experience has been great so far. From start to finish, the leasing process was very smooth. I'm excited for what the future holds.

Super quiet and Community. Great for a single person. We have garbage pick up, a clubhouse, a pool and the gym. The maintenance team here is great. Close to a bunch of stores across the street.

It’s hard to comprehend what people here pay an amenity fee for. The entire gym is at best showing signs of age. At worst, there are aspects in complete disrepair. Overall still a decent and convenient place to live but the value just steadily decreases over time if they aren’t going to use the money they rake in in rent and amenity fees if things don’t improve. Staff is always pleasant, especially maintenance staff, but this place just has a feel of corporate cost cutting.

Everyone’s so nice and helpful, apartment is very warm and inviting. Love having my own parking space. Move in was so easy with no issues at all. Really think I’m going to love it here

I been living here 7 yrs..I love the Community, Neighbors are great you have the clubhouse & pool.. Now the shopping. Center is open Walmart & a Restaurant,Bagel.Place liquor store haircut place Northwell medical.. All in walking distance. You have functions at the clubhouse once in a while. The only downside is the parking. There's no parking for your friends to come visit.You always have somebody parking in your spot when you come home at night. Things need to change..The Breeze ways need to be kept up a little better. That's an overlook that nobody looks at. Just the residents when they're walking up the stairs they see all the garbage.. & dirt..

Living here is great. As a young single girl, I always feel safe which was a big priority of mine. The complex is maintained well. If I ever have a problem, it is handled in a timely matter. All in all it has been great.

Great place, great amenities. Office staff hard to reach on phone or in person. Floor outside apartment and staircase area a bit dirty, has not been cleaned upon request.

Great place to live…very clean grounds and great holiday lights throughout the community. Generally very quiet…whenever I have a maintenance issue it is handled in a timely fashion and the maintenance team is very friendly and professional!

Great apartment complex. It is expensive but the landscaping is very nice and the community is quite. The coffee machine in the lobby needs servicing often. Maintenance crew is responsive.

Super great place to stay! The people are all super friendly that live here I wish the dog park that we have was a little bigger and maybe grass but otherwise 10/10

The Reserve is an excellent choice for living. If you like to enjoy a location close to shopping, highway/transportation, and is maintained nicely. Jeff from leasing was super helpful.

Well now another great sensitive caring manager has left this property. You will be missed Christian!!! Most of the time its good here. Im at work most of the time! Paid $35 for water last month and im sure thats not my “fair share” being one person here. Grounds are beautiful though. They spend a lot of money on that. Ive been here 8 years and a lot has happened!! Maintenance guys are great! Most things like robberies, car fires, gas leaks mostly happen when there is no staff around, so we’re on our own. Security cant do anything to help with people parking in your very expensive assigned spots since its private property and the cops cant either. All ive asked for for years is a water spigot for a hose to wash my car. Theres a dog wash but no washing cars allowed. Weird. A lot of retail being built here including the lovely Walmart where everyone tries to kill each other in the traffic circle every day. Cant wait to see what else comes here. Its nice having stores closeby. Ciao!

Great atmosphere, clan community. Glad I choose to call this place home. Great apartment lay out. Close to stores, parks and highways. Love this neighborhood. Would recommend this place to friends and family. The club house and pool area useful, gym is updated as well.

Peaceful quiet most of the times Would recommend 24 hour gym access with key fob since the club house is self governed and spraying the walkways like prior years from garbage smell. Staff is nice and like that the place has more store choices
