Once named one of the top 100 places to live by Money Magazine, Vienna is a terrific town offering top-rated schools, an excellent location, and some gorgeous destinations. Westwood Country Club takes up much of the northeastern section of town, surrounded by tree-lined streets and attractive homes. Vienna contains several parks, including Wildwood Park, Northside Park, Meadow Lane Park, Cunningham Park, and Glyndon Park. Maple Avenue is lined with shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The Town Green is located here, as well, providing a gathering space for residents.

Property Ratings at The Reserve at Tysons Corner
I have lived at The Reserve for about 1 and a half years and I would choose it again. Newly divorced, my apartment has become my “safe haven.” The apartments are large and bright with multiple windows. There are 2 courtyards and my apartment has a balcony overlooking the courtyard. It is quiet and peaceful and I enjoy sitting on the balcony. In addition, the Reserve is in a prime location with quick access to the beltway, 66, route 7 and route 123. My commute to Arlington is about 15-20 minutes. The special thing about The Reserve is that you don’t know you are in the middle of the city. The complex is surrounded by trees and grass and is garden style. The front office personnel know me by name and work hard to ensure a comfortable environment. The maintenance guys are very friendly and when I’ve had an issue, response time has been within about 24 hours. If there is a problem within the building the staff is quick to respond and work toward resolution. There are also social events in which the staff bring in vendors to serve food on a regular basis. My favorite thing here is the kindness and family like atmosphere created by the staff. I feel at home and that makes all the difference to me.

Again the elevator being broken constantly is very annoying and would be a problem for anyone who has trouble climbing stairs, but the community is kept very clean at all times which I really appreciate and the staff is wonderful!
Unfortunately the building has been awful at fixing things that have been breaking down: the gate, the intercom which creates great inconvenience for the residents

The call box feature should be functional at the apartment entry and building two is neglected in comparison to the first building.

The place is beautiful and the staff/residents are really nice and easy-going.
Friendly and professional staff. I was confused about the loading dock and the person at the front desk walked over to show us. Despite me telling him not to worry about it. He insisted and it was a much easier move due to it. This was Saturday 9/26 morning, I cannot recall his name. He was so helpful, and Rinardo and Rossetta are always professional and kind.
I am happy and safe in this area. I will definitely recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

While the building is beginning to show its age, things are still generally pretty nice. Everything in the area is crazy expensive, so considering that, this place is fairly reasonably priced. I have not had any issues with staff or neighbors. After 5 years it would be hard to recommend against living here.

The people - Rinardo, Rozetta, the guy from the weekend, maintenance crew, cleaning crew, people in the office - all collectively work to make the Reserve at Tysons Corner feel like home. They all have superb customer service, and genuinely care about the residents.
