This apartment was so homey and had very comfortable layout. So convenient with your own laundry room with washer and dryer included and dishwasher. Very pretty and upgraded looks very modern! Staff is super sweet and helpful!
The management and staff (including maintenance) is terrible, grounds are unkept, and it’s an unfriendly community. Overpriced, as well!
Run, don't walk far away from this place. They will steal your money and charge you outrageous charges. We moved out in May of last year. I put my money order for our final month in the drop box just like I did every month. A week after we move out we are told they never received the payment. I went up there, gave them a copy of the money order receipt...all should have been well. We never heard from them again. Then yesterday we got a call from a collection agency. We owe for that last month's rent and various other move out cleaning and carpet replacement charges (excessive nail holes). My husband calls and speaks to Melissa who VERY RUDELY tells us that our $700 nonrefundable pet fee doesn't not go to pay for any cleaning, painting etc. My husband asks what it is used for then to which Melissa says, "I am not going to go into that with you"...he asks again, "various different things". Okay, so the "didn't" get our money order even though it came out of our account...and the $700 the $20 a month pet rent x13 months just disappears into thin air? Sounds a bit fishy to me. We will settle with the collection agency and then we will take Melissa to court.
Staying here while we are waiting to move into our new home. Easy access to I-35 and close to old town Burleson for some great food an entertainment . Lacey and Rachel are very friendly and if you request something from them ,they get it handled ! Has nice pool/work out room with park/play ground area and fire place with a nice sized enclosed dog park as well. Parking lot is well lit and clean. If your family is looking for a great apartment in Burleson area ,I highly recommend it . Jeff T
I am a first-timer to apartment living, so I really didn't know what to expect. I have been here for several months now and I love it! I definitely made the right choice. The staff is a great group of people and have been extremely helpful to me during my transition. I feel comfortable here. I originally chose The Reserve for location purposes, but now there are so many more reasons I will choose to stay. The apartments are beautiful and clean. Love the granite! The parking lot and outside foyer areas are well-lit. The flowers are ALWAYS gorgeous! It's just a great place to call home.
This place is right off I-35 so its a quick drive to down town Fort Worth. There is also a cute group of restaurants only half a mile away. The complex itself is really beautiful. Large apartments with really nice features. I live in a one bedroom and I feel like I need to buy more furniture it is so big! Also, there is a little dog park were dogs and play. A jungle jim for children and a REALLY nice pool and fireplace area! I truly love it here!
We've been living here for two years in a two bedroom and we are very happy. It's a good neighborhood with good schools and low crime rate (as far as I know). The community is gates and there is covered parking for an extra fee. The swimming pool and twenty four hour gym in the clubhouse are great amenities and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They make sure to keep the neighborhood clean. We have a lot of families around here with pets and young children. If I had to give a negative its that the walls are a bit thin and you can sometimes hear people above or below of they stomp. Other than that it's a great place to live!
Out of all apartments in burleson. This one is the nicest and very friendly people. The office staff wasn't very nice at first but they changed managers and staff assistants and they have been nothing but helpful. They really will go out of their way to help. So glad we stayed with them. They made the transition of moving from a home to an apartment comfortable and as easy as it could be. I really recommend these apartments. Dog friendly and very pretty scenery.
