I have been here since 2021 and couldn't be happier. It's well lit, quiet, safe, close to White Oak shopping center and restaurants. The Office Staff have been very kind and helpful when I needed something or had a question. The Maintenance staff has been quick to respond and are also very professional and polite. The grounds are well kept. Highly recommend.

I had the worst experience while living here for nearly two years. We were unsafe! The neighbors cars were being broken into all the time. Several times we were woken up in the middle of the night to someone turning our door handle(other neighbors had it happen the same nights, found out through the community message board) The staff is great until you sign your lease. The neighbors are noisy with loud music late into the night, the smell of pot filled my apartment on a regular basis, the puppy German shepherd upstairs was so loud, finding a parking spot was difficult… I could go on. I’m just glad we are out! I didn’t mind paying the $2k to break my lease. I was beyond ready to escape!

Its a good location for me as far as work goes but thats about it. It costs more than one whole paycheck for me to live here and I have a decent paying job.

I would not say to anyone that these are luxury apartment homes because this community needs lots of improvements also the staff needs more training on how to deal with residents in a more courteous manner.

I like this comunity, the apartment where I live is nice and comfortable, the outdoor spaces are kept clean, the atmosphere is quiet, and the staff keeps it tidy and working well, I highly recommend it!

Not the best place to stay, staff/management not friendly or welcoming. Staff dont answer question when you call the office or have an attitude. Pay for trash services but have to keep trash in our homes due to full trash compact, but we can get a fine if trash is outside of apartment.

We have lived here for 4 years now. The community is safe and quiet. The management team and the maintenance team are amazing, which we know from experience makes a huge difference with living in an apartment. So grateful for our new team as they have made much needed improvements throughout the entire community.

No complaints about living here. Its a good location if youre looking for something quiet and close to anything you really need. Maintenance is fast at responding as well as the team in the main office. I will say we had many issues with our AC unit that caused a jump in our Duke bill for months but that may just be our specific unit.

The walls are thin you can hear everything next door and talking above you. The floors are thin so you'll hear everything which will sound 10x louder. The office cares about nothing but $ so don't waste your time complaining about noisy neighbors. The parking is terrible! Spend your $ else where it's not worth the aggravation.

I am not pleased with maintenance of the property and the breeze ways arent cleaned enough also the walls are very thin and I can always hear the neighbor snoring at night. With the amount of rent being paid I should be able to sleep without hearing that kind of noise.

Lived here for over a year and I absolutely it! The design of my unit gives my daughter and ample space of our bedroom for our individual privacy. The location is also perfect because we are minutes away from shopping centers.
