Situated just north of the state’s capital, Zionsville is a thriving suburb with an excellent rated reputation. With great schools and a small-town feeling, Zionsville has a “white-picket fence” atmosphere.
The quaint feeling of Zionsville can be credited to the wonderful people that make up this strong community. There are several seasonal events and volunteer opportunities that let people get connected through celebration or service.
If you’re looking for good places to eat and charming boutique shops, you don’t have to stray far from Main Street. Many Main Street buildings are historic adding to the peaceful old-time feel of the city. The historic downtown also values the arts. There are many galleries and studios that residents can visit. With seventeen parks, a nature center, and a large golf course located throughout the city, residents have no shortage of adventure waiting for them.

Property Ratings at The Reserve at Williams Glen
Month old tickets getting completed with no work actually being done.
The headline says it all. Two bedroom two bath and one toilet clogged three days ago…but it’s okay because “I have another one”. Those things usually get better with time though, right? High prices and bad maintenance but the neighbors are cool…

Overall. I do have to say. This is a great place to live. The community is quiet and kept to themselves and those that arent are incredibly friendly. Megan and Michelle are both so great and have helped me with so much personally and everything is just like home here
We are temporary residents while building our home. Very friendly professional staff in every area. The location is perfect for us and convenient to many areas and attractions. Would highly recommend . Pat

Thank you for your kind words and recommendation! We are delighted to hear that you are enjoying your stay with us and finding our staff and location to your satisfaction.
When we moved in we had to re-clean the apartment they did a terrible job cleaning our apartment. The fridge stunk and had to have maintenance come fix it the first week here. There's no insulation in the walls your electric bill is going to be very high. You can hear everything your Neighbors do and are just loud and rude in general. Can smell cigarettes and weed despite their no smoking policy. I found information from previous renters here online they jacked up the rent 300+ dollars a month so your paying more than you should. These apartments are cheap for what you are paying. The office staff are ignorant Jerks. I told them how unhappy I was with everything listed so far and the Leasing consultant just sent me the forms to move out instead of trying to see what they could do to make me happier for the remainder of my lease. I told them I accidentally broke my garage door and it couldn't get my vehicle out and then they wanted to charge me $400 to fix it. They want you to pay for everything here despite how much your already paying. The appliances are dated and don't work that great. My washing machine has rust on the inside lid and a lot of it. All of the doors and windows leak so much cold air through. My fire is extinguishersure is expired and they claim they did a full inspection before we moved in. I would say they didn't do one at all. There only one spot to throw your trash away and it's at the beginning of the complex so if you live all the way in the back you have to walk like almost a mile to throw your trash away or put it in your car. Now they're going to start to fine you if you jam the trash compactor. 50 dollars the first time you jam it, 100 the next and 150 the third time. What a joke. The gym they have on site has ancient equipment in it and half of it is broken. Don't move here this place is a rip off and not worth the money.

The Reserve is such a beautiful property. I love that it is tucked back off the main road yet so close to everything you could need. There is a Super Target near by and downtown Zionsville is less than a mile away. The staff has always been kind and responsive. I'm so excited to enjoy the pool this summer! I have yet to use the car wash station, but that is a great feature to have.

This is a pet friendly community with its own 'Bark' Park which is a rare find in a Indianapolis rental community. Easy access to interstates, Traders Point shopping, Michigan Road/ 86th St expansive ethnic restaurant options and the charming village of Zionsville. Many parks in walking/biking distance to the community. The management is friendly and responsive. Neighbors are respectful and quiet.
