The team has been very understanding! I understand that they have other residents issues to tend to so for them to still get me in and out shows that they care. They are pet friendly and they love showing my puppy some love when i visit the office. If you are considering choosing the reserve just know your in good hands!

If you have an issue they go above and beyond to get it resolved for you as quickly as possible. Everyone is friendly and there is amazing staff here. And to put just throw a cherry ontop for ya , the reserve is walking distance to the trendsetterz barbershop and the college store. There’s even an amazing pool. You won’t regret moving here !!

Friend, We’re happy that you’re happy! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a positive review. We’re so thankful for Reserve at Carrollton residents like you.
Good starter apartment, definitely the cheapest you'll be able to find in the area. Maintenance is very invasive and slow at fixing tasks. The apartment appliances themselves are prone to malfunctioning. There are mostly college-aged kids living here, so there are loud parties, weed smoke, dog poop and trash.

Dear Friend, Thank you for your positive feedback! Our goal is to continue to provide a great experience. We appreciate you and enjoy having you as a part of our community.
The rent prices are relatively low, especially if you're a college student or lower income especially. It is a 3/3 apartment so you will have at least 2 roommates so you'll have to be okay with that.

Friend, Thanks for the 4 stars! We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Please let us know if we can do something to make your experience even better!
I have lived here through old and new management. It's not enforced to clean up after your dog or not throw garbage down everywhere. The firepit is used as a large garbage can and is unusable unless you want to risk rusty nails or broken glass while tending to a fire. Someone has also graffiti-ed the concrete with "immature" imagery. The grills are rusted through and unusable. The floors are extremely thin. They don't restrict dogs to the first floor, and our upstairs neighbors have a 40+ pound dog that gets the zoomies every night at 2 am. Took 8.5 months for one of my maintenance requests to finally be completed, only for maintenance to then lecture me for about 10 minutes like I'm a child. The private path to UWG is inaccessible to anyone using a mobility aid, and to everyone if it rains too hard as the entire path floods. The complex always smells like a certain odor, which I don't care what you do in your free time but I'm allergic and have had to take allergy medicine every single day for the past 2 years. The internet constantly dips in and out. The front gate hasn't worked in over 1.5 years. Cars always fly through here, especially on straightaways in the complex. People leave garbage outside the compactor to where it piles up 2+ feet tall over the weekend. The cable is trash. Our initial thermostat was so old it had literal liquid mercury in it. We have three different carpets throughout our unit. Our washer was full of rust that had to be cleaned out. The "dog park" is not taken care of. The "coffee bistro" is a Keurig. Mold in the window frames, snags in the carpets, stains/paint on the ceilings. The images on their website are at least 2 years old; that's what I saw when I first moved in. Almost all of the 5-star reviews are bribes from management for free food/items/discounts, as I fell for them once before.
This used to be an okay apartment complex, but it’s under new management now and is terrible. It’s way too expensive for what you get. There is no apartment manager, so if you don’t want to talk to one of the kids running the front desk, you have to call their corporate number. They don’t fix anything that’s wrong. The maintenance men are always high when they come to work on anything, and you have to call literally so much just to get them to actually do anything. It’s not worth it to live here. They also promise you stuff for signing but you never actually get it (we were promised new flooring). Students should look somewhere else.
What you see will be exactly what you get. The apartments come fully furnished, which is nice. Year by year they seem to make small renovations here and there. The community keep up is poor. The gate that you are paying for barely works. The lighting in the hallways are almost always out. If you aren't on the top floor you can hear everything... I mean everything (phone vibrates, footsteps). There's not much privacy in your bedroom either. The doors still allow sound to escape...
