My family cannot wait to live at Reserve of Sugarcreek. My kids are very excited for the pool and playground. The whole team was very helpful during the application process. We live out of state so having the ability to take a virtual tour was huge. They were very responsive and polite to any questions we had.

Jeremy and his staff are amazing. The entire process ( application, lease sign, move in)was easy and they were easy to talk to and work with. The property is amazing, units, pool, etc. Great location, beautiful community, amazing units, helpful staff- what else could you need?
I absolutely loved The Reserve of Sugarcreek! They have so many different options to meet everyone's needs. Grace helped me out in my apartments search and she was fantastic. I have never met a more welcoming and friendly group of people than the leasing staff at The Reserve of Sugarcreek! I cannot wait to move in and enjoy the heated saltwater pool and the Starbucks coffee bar! If you are looking for a new apartment I highly suggest The Reserve of Sugarcreek!
I drove by one day and had some questions, I stopped a young man who was Power washing and he answered all my questions and was so friendly and helpful. Any consideration I have for the property is due to Michael as I know all my maintenance concerns will be in good hands.
The entire complex is so beautiful and the front office was very very helpful and quick to respond to any questions!
I visited the Reserve of Sugarcreek and was very impressed by the quality of the apartments and the spacious floor plans. The amenities are great and I’m excited for the pool and the fitness center. There is also a station to wash your dog, which I thought was a nice touch. I spoke with Kate in the office and she was awesome and very helpful and knowledgeable.
