Property Ratings at The Reserve on Bayou DeSiard
These apts aren’t worth the money. They are on the smaller side. Walls are thin. The bathrooms don’t even have walk in showers it’s 2024. DONT MOVE HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY.
The apartments are really small for the price. Every year they go up on rent and other fees. The walls and ceiling are super thin, you can hear your next door neighbors conversations and foot steps from your upstairs neighbors. Burglars have busted windows to multiple cars, management doesn’t have any cameras outside to help apprehend them.

Hello, we appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that your experience was less than satisfactory. Please know that quality building materials are used throughout the building to ensure a superior product for our residents. We strive to provide a great home to all of our residents in our beautiful community with resort-like amenities that contribute to a higher standard of apartment living. Notifications are immediately sent out via email and active building about any occurrence on-site that concerns the wellbeing of our residents and their property. This is a rare occurrence in our peaceful community, but please know we take our resident's safety very seriously. In response to this recent event, we have issued an awareness letter to remind all of our residents to remove valuable items from vehicles and lock the doors to their vehicles and homes at all times. Our goal is to provide an excellent experience and great customer service to all of our residents. We encourage our residents to contact us directly with any comments or concerns. Terrible experience. Staff is lazy, management and corporate do not care. Not cleaned, pool always nasty and green, will not hire proper employees to clean correctly, never change air filters or spray for pest control. Way too pricey for the type of environment living in.
