I’ve been here a month and I’m so unhappy here roaches and everyday I’m dealing with these stupid roaches, I’m loosing sleep over it. I called and all they told me was we can add you to our weekly pest control. I want something done about this, it’s turning into a health issue.
Bedbugs litterally big enough to spot with the naked eye, cockroaches, prostitution, and drugs.
These apartments are infested with bedbugs inside and the outside grounds there are also mice. Maintenance is poor. The apartments also have poor water pressure in the showers. Some of the cabinets shelves are dry rotted. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE PERIOD
You will all notice that I marked only one star above. That was deliberate on my part. If I could I would give NO stars-in fact, if I could, I would give them 5 thumbs down. This place is quite possibly the worst apartment complex to stay at anywhere in the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. It is continuously infested with bedbugs and roaches which are not eliminated even with pest control. The units, which are around 40 years old, are basically falling apart around the residents, and getting a maintenance person in there to fix it-if they even can-takes at least a week, sometimes more. The management basically makes up their own rules as they go along, and they pay no attention to the written contracts that they signed and entered into with you-and then guess who they blame when something goes wrong? You! In 6 months of being there, I've maybe seen a security guard there 3 or 4 times. Homeless people rummage through the dumpsters on the property, sleep on top of the washing machines in the laundry room and some have encampments set up in the alley just on the other side of the fence. Despite security gates, they just let anyone and everyone on the property, some of whom have no legitimate business on the property. And in case anyone tries to say that I'm just making some or all of this up as a disgruntled former tenant, remember that if I were to say things about this place that were untrue, publicly as I have, I stand subject to being sued by the management of this complex for libel, slander, defamation of character, etc., so believe me when I tell you, there is no way that I am going to put myself in that position. Everything I have said here is the complete truth, of that I can assure you. Do not walk but RUN as far as you can away from this apartment complex; I cannot stress that in strong enough terms!

I'VE BEEN HERE GOING ON 4 YRS. AND I'LL TELL YOU I'VE SEEN IT ALL... 1. HOOKERS 2. DRUGS 3. UNKIND PEOPLE 4. NO POOLS OPEN IN LAST 15 YRS. 5. BEDBUGS CRAWLING AROUND THE FLOOR DURING THE DAY. 6. ROACHES CRAWLING AROUND THE SIDEWALKS AT NIGHT.. 7. PLUMING BACKS UP ON BOTTOM FLOOR AT LEAST TWICE A MO. IT FLOWS IN TO THE TUBS, & SINK. 8. WHEN IT DOES RAIN MOST APARTMENTS LEAK. WITH THAT SAID YOU HAVE BLACK MOLD .. I'M NOT JUST SAYING IT.. TO GET EVEN AT STAFF BUT ITS THE TRUTH AND THEY CANT HANDLE THE TRUTH.... THANKS FOR READING ...
