Before 1958, Lee Hall was an independent village. Today, it’s a charming neighborhood in Newport News extending from the southern edge of the Yorktown Naval Weapons Station to the peninsula that juts out into the James River. Lee Hall is named for Lee Hall mansion, a historic home built around 1851 that serves as a historical landmark.
Lee Hall is a scenic neighborhood that’s close to everything. Interstate 64 runs along the east side of town, and you’ll find Newport News Park nearby, one of the nation’s largest city parks, spanning over 8,000 acres. Do not move here
The people in the office NEVER answer the phone. They gave a notice on august 31st 2020 that water would no longer be included in rent starting October 1st. if you want to move you would have to give a 30 day notice which would have to have been the next day. They aren’t setting up to renew leases so every month they are adding something when it’s time for rent if your lease is up. And the time I talked to her about that she said well you are month to month. The old cleaning lady told me they only want military people out there. And beginning of 2021 they will charge everybody the updated price even if your apartment is not updated.

Have you been able to enjoy our new community spaces? We are adding minimal increases to our classic floor plans. We'd be happy to discuss your renewal with you. We'd love to keep you!
