The Residences at OMNI Louisville

Shannon and her staff are absolutely the best property managers we’ve ever dealt with. If Ed have a maintenance problem they are there very quickly. Couldn’t be happier living anywhere else

Great place, clean and lots of amenities. Close to restaurants great view of downtown. People are nice and friendly. Price is also very reasonable.

I was disappointed that the luggage cart's tire was flat. The other residents we met this morning recall the same experience. Our parking pass was not completely registered as per the parking attendant. She told us to go online.

A couple of things since my last rating: There has been increased (2 -> 4) EV charging stations available and they are much faster than the ones previously installed. They are also timed. This has been great and I feel that we are no longer fighting over the chargers. However; since my last review, there have been at least 2 car break-in events and thefts. I have had multiple colleagues who have had their car broken into and it seems to be a recurring issue since the inception of the apartment complex. The frequency of break-ins is unacceptable and it seems that PARC and the omni management do not have a grasp on how to handle the issue.

Great place to live! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! The amenities are nice and the building is safe and secure! Highly recommend the Residences!

The apartment community is great. The people are nice and also very helpful. The neighborhood is great, a lot of fun things to do, food is great, etc. A lot to adjust to coming from a small town but I love everything so far.

just moved in and it already feels like home , the staff is so friendly and accommodating, the views are insane, every time we walk into our apartment we are wowed agai.

Move-in was very easy, apartment is very clean and appliances are new. We enjoy the amenities of the building. The management are very helpful and very responsive.

1st day parking pass was not activated, walls were dirty inside apartment, dishwasher was not mounted securely, my front door has scuffs and paint chipped. Experience has been somewhat unprofessional.

So far the move in has been smooth! Everything was ready, apartment was clean and fresh. View is spectacular. Spacious Can’t get wait to spend my first nite

I absolutely love my Apt I enjoy the privacy & quiet on 28th floor. The views are stunning watch sunrise every morning over the river. I don't like how quick dust gets on cabinets & floors. The staff is friendly & i like the safety of security at desk nights i come home.

Amazing views in the middle of downtown! The service at the apartments is also top notch! Close accessibility to everything you might need. Clean and Modern!

Likely the best lux apartment in town, but general maintenance and upkeep could be better. (Peeling wall paper in common spaces, mismatched carpets in units (closet vs bedrooms), elevator cabs have a fair amount of wear.

I have lived at the Omni for the last 10 months and it's been an awesome experience. Best apartment building in town. Great amenities. Friendly staff. Always available to help. Spacious units.

Enjoy it here so far. I have renewed my lease and planning to stay the next year! I do not have any issues, but I do hope they add more ev charging soon as there have been an increase in the electric cars.

I work at omni hotel & live at residence Apts. The staff & maintenance are wonderful willing to help & i definitely feel safe comfortable here. I love my apt & the views of the river downtown bananas & watching sun rise every morning great way to wake up ????

Having just moved in, we have had a pretty great experience so far. The staff have been amazing! The neighbors have been exceptional! The absolute only thing that could possibly be said(and it was dealt with PROMPTLY when addressed) is the security of the parking structure. Obviously it’s ’just Part of living downtown’ but safety is a huge concern. We do appreciate how quickly the issues are handled!! Absolutely top rate!

Definitely a fun place to live. Pool is great (when its unlocked which it seems it often is not.) I would probably never leave this place if it had a sauna!

I’ve been for 7 months and it’s been fantastic. The apartments are luxurious and spacious. The amenities are awesome and the floors are always kept clean. The leasing office staff is the best. Couldn’t ask for better!

The Residences at The Omni was our third move within three years of arriving in Louisville. It is by far the best move we’ve made! We love our apartment and our neighbors. Everything is clean and well maintained. Any problems are quickly attended to. Staff is friendly and attentive and our neighbors are friendly. It’s a great community and we’re happy to be a part of it.

Great staff. Updated rooms and excellent amenities. Location is near bars and restaurants. If you are moving to Louisville make sure you check it out!

The property is nicely maintained. The amenities are nice and relevant to creating a better experience. Any issues that I may have had were handled promptly and professionally.

A great place to call “home”. Entire staff always greet you with a smile and very helpful. The building is kept clean every day. It offers amazing amenities. The gym is open 24/7 and the pool area is lovely.

My residence here is amazing I love it here hopefully can live here for more years to come the staff are wonderful along with the restaurants and I don't have to wonder about parking when it comes to different events happening in the downtown area I'm walking distance from a lot of attractions

This is Residence at Omni is the best apartment building to live in Louisville. Friendly staff. Nice amenities. Love the clubhouse, gym and Fall City Market. Best view of downtown.

Staff is amazing!! I can't speak anymore highly of the manager who is approachable, welcoming, and friendly, The concierge are the absolute best. They are just as welcoming and friendly as the manager, Issues (few and far in between) are responded to immediately!! We have been residents since shortly after the building opened. Love living here!! Highly recommend

Every step of the leasing process was taken into consideration and I was comforted with how communicative everyone was with my move-in. Rex has been very helpful with all of my questions and is quick to provide a solution. The apartment itself is lovely and everyone I’ve met who works here is kind and on top of things. Very happy to live here!

I love living here! The leasing, maintenance and concierge staff are 5 star! They are always happy to assist when you need something! Security is excellent.

Love living here at The Omni! The residents are friendly and all of the public spaces are meticulously well maintained. The support staff are both professional and friendly. They all go above and beyond to make living here a safe, joyful experience. The location is great for getting around either on foot or by car. I have lived here for three years and they manage the property well. It is a good location with easy access to downtown amenities as well as interstate.

I LOVE living here. It is clean, mostly quite and the residents are very nice. We have lived here for a few years and have not had any issues.

Best place to live downtown. Great amenities great staff and associates. Beautiful spa dining and Restuarant. The pool desk is the best. Bar non the best office manager!!! She is awesome!!!

I just moved in in February and love it so far! Excited for weather to go warmer, so that I can take advantage of the outdoor amenities, like the pool and grill

I like it a lot the team is so warm and kind. The elevators smell very nice and run smoothly. The concierge are so helpful and friendly. The packaging room always has my packages on time. Fall city market is right below which is super nice. My food deliveries come right to my door and my apartment has a lovely lovely view.

I can’t say enough about living here. I LOVE every single second of being home. I also enjoy the conveniences of the different amenities offered at the residences and the hotel. I am new living here but i am enjoying it so far! I love the cute little events the omni has for the residents! No complaints! The residents we have ran into are nice also

The apartment in itself was really nice. Although the biggest problem is the parking garage being a public parking garage. The valet drive way to fast in the garage and even though you pay for “reserved” spots you only get to park in it sometimes since people think they can park wherever they want with no consequences, which is pretty ridiculous considering the premium you pay to have rights to that spot. Other than that it was a good place to live

This is my first time living in an apartment, I was somewhat Leary at first, but as of now, I can’t say enough about the Residence of Omni. The staff is amazing.
