The Residences at Portwalk Place

I breathe a sigh of relief when I enter the building because it is restful. I know I am home. I have never lived in such a large building and was not sure what to expect but it is all good. I feel a sense of local community and even one of my doctors lives on the same floor as me. The building is beautiful and well regarded in the community. People are impressed that I live here. It is a highly desirable place to live in downtown Portsmouth. Everything is convenient from the parking to the shopping. And many restaurants within an easy stroll without getting in your car. The staff is friendly, helpful and hard working. They are all smiles and very respectful. The apartments are fresh and clean and well maintained. Access to the building is secure from the street and even packages are delivered straight to my door. It'a great place to live and work!

Living at The Residences at Portwalk has been a truly great experience, and one of the best leasing decisions made. The maintenance team and system support are top notch!

We have lived here for 6 months and we even are happier than we expected. A few minor maintenance issues were handled within an hour of being reported. Jack, Matt, Scott, Steve and Vicki are all great!

We are very pleased in this central Portsmouth location. The 2x2 apartment we have was well maintained and clean and any apt. issues are responded to and taken care of promptly. The Team here is always friendly and helpful. We will definitely be renewing our lease.

Portwalk Place is a great place to Live !! We love the people that live here -- you feel like it is one Big Family -- including the Management Team and the other people that work here !! Moreover, the location is "to die for" -- you can walk to everything --- and there is so much to see and do !!! We have been here for 3 Years -- and plan on staying for many more years !!! Dave P.

As soon as you walk arrive, the leasing/management office is so welcoming, with it's large windows to the outside and open office space separated by only glass walls, and represents the welcoming and safe environment the staff provides. The professional staff is the #1 reason to live at Portwalk/Aria.

The managers, Matt and Jack are great: available, responsive, friendly. They communicate and make an effort to help out when needed. Also they plan arrange for community activities. Like the managers, the maintenance people, Scott and Steve are just great as well. Always helpful and know how to take care of things.

I love living at the Aria. The apartment is thoughtfully designed, and I love the large, bright windows, and spacious closets and kitchen cabinets. The management and staff are truly extraordinary - responsive, helpful, friendly. The common areas are also lovely, and really used by residents, which adds to it feeling like home.

Aria is in an incredible location and the staff and residents are even better. You can walk to everything that Portsmouth has to offer in just a few minutes. There is underground parking, a huge deck with a gas fire pit, a gym and dry cleaning drops off in the building twice a week. All the residents are friendly and Ive made some great new friends. The staff knows everyone by name and are incredibly responsive to any needs. I highly recommend living here!

Cant compliment the maintenance and administrative staff adequately... they are ALWAYS pleasant, professional, competent, and tidy! When its time for us to move, it will be very difficult to leave because of them! Scott, Bob, Mounia, Matt, and Jack are a very well trained team and make apartment living extra enjoyable.

Our experience at Portwalk Place has been wonderful. Our move into the building was scheduled during the pandemic, which could have been a terrible experience. Instead, Jack and Matt made the entire move efficient and easy. The maintenance and cleaning staff are on top of their game, too. They come promptly and do a very good job. All in all, living here has been a great experience.

In my opinion, the thing that makes living at Portwalk Place special is the staff who seem to so actually enjoy working there. It is really nice to be welcomed home by genuinely smiling faces.

Maintenance (and management) in this bldg is excellent! Residents are very nice, as are staff; the building is kept clean and any issues addressed immediately. In addition, the outside area is beautifully maintained with flowers and plants. Living here is a great experience for a person new to Portsmouth.

I think the entire staff here is absolutely wonderful! While I have never lived in an apartment setting before and miss my own home, I would definitely say that the staff, for me, is a decided perk of Portwalk Place living.

Portwalk Place is the best place to live in Portsmouth. Its has up to date apts. with upgraded details. The staff & maintenance people are friendly & always available. The bldgs. are kept immaculately clean everyday. The fact that you can walk all around town is priceless.
