The Residences at Seven Gables

I would recommend this community due to its high standards everyone holds themselves to.

Everyone one the staff are just wonderful, they treat you like family. The neighbors and people are also so nice, and the staff takes wonderful care of you.

They will tell you they have an upcoming apartmemt to get you to complete the application. They already have picked out who they want to rent to whether a friend or some other agreement. We have owned a home for 20 years and recently sold it . We are more than appropriate rental candidates. They say the listing goes out to everyone but the one they want is told first. So sad in this housing crisis to take advantage of people

Very pleased with the Landscaping company as grounds look neat and Staff picks up debris and salts surfaces in icy conditions. Very thorough in all aspects of housekeeping and yard.

The management and maintenance staff embody both character and competency. I feel safe and valued living here.

This maintenance crew is the BEST. They get the job done are efficient.

It's a nice, quiet community. Everyone here is very nice, including the staff. The grounds are well kept.

My only complaint about this apartment complex is that it is not disability-friendly. By that I mean that ramps are not necessarily close to doors. Doors are not automatic or even easy to maneuver if you use an assistive device. Other things like that.

It is a very quiet complex, very friendly and helpful staff, a lot of amenities, allows dogs.

Apartment is well layed out, spacious, and maintenance is superb.

The office staff and maintenance team are nothing short of stellar!

My husband and I were talking about our move to seven gables when another couple in the group starting thinking about downsizing and now they are on the waiting list. They have been here to visit and they too fell in love.

The staff is excellent, neighbors friendly, secure and all the amenities you would want while renting an apartment.

We love the complex and the staff here. I decided my husband and I should downsize and move here from the first time I saw our friends apartment.....and we did and we are very happy here.

Everything in the apartment is top quality and beautiful. A lot of thought has gone into the floor plan, the windows and doors, storage space, the laundry appliances, sound-proofing in the walls, cleanliness of stairs and hallways. I could go on and on, and I WOULD recommend Seven Gables

We love it here, and the maintenance crew are wonderful and nice.. They are right there when you need them.. And the office management are also so wonderful. Just not enough apartment's available, people we know want to move in, but to long a waiting list.

Seven Gables is the best in comfort, security and friendly and sincerely caring.

The team here is friendly and responsive, the buildings and grounds are well maintained, and it is just a lovely place to live.

Very clean, non smoking units. Rare find in the renting industry. Agents and maintenance offer second to none service.

The community is almost adjacent to Carlisle Barracks. As a military retiree, I desirer to live closer the military base.

The price is higher than most rentals in the area, inflated because of the USAWC proximity, the higher paid military officers that have housing allotments and can afford to pay an inflated price and the convenience for them. If you are not military, the cost of the apartment & what you get--is out of step with Carlisle and the surrounding area. By adding Internet or water, this could be much more attractive. The water bill averages only $12/mo, so that could be absorbed by the corporation.

The office staff and maintenance personnel are top notch. This is and the cleanliness of appartments is the reason I chose this Appartment complex. Thank you

I liked how promptly the service request was responded to by maintenance team. The only thing was we were not told the cause of the delay to repair the system so we had to reach out again.

We are very happy here and are very pleased with everything you do to assist us maintenance issues. It means a lot to seniors especially.

Maintenance is always performed quickly, professionally and with great courtesy and friendliness.

I absolutely would recommend this community. The management team are fantastic, always taking great care of the property and its residents. It's a great location, modern amenities, and the best part, for me, is that the walls aren't paper thin.

These apartments and grounds are in excellent condition. The grounds are beautiful!! The halls, interior painting is excellent...

The response time to questions or maintenance is outstanding compared to what we experienced in our past residences

The apartment itself is very nice. The amenities, especially the pool are a great added bonus. I really like how the office manages packages (sends a notice, has them locked away). My biggest complaint it that we have very rowdy neighbors. I expect some noise as this is apartment living, but the neighbors below us are up all hours of the night, they fight, scream, and smoke heavily. I'm sure this isn't a problem for most tenants, but it does make living here more difficult.

What can I say? I'm moving in...that says it all for me!
