Shadow Glen, a residential community located 10 miles south of downtown Nashville, is located off Nolesnsville Pike. Other than the parking it's a good community to stay the view is sweet when talking to the people at the office is okay when I need them to and puking in a workorder is good cause the app is also a good tool to use

Overall the apartments are nice, the price isn't too bad compared to other places nearby, the people here are chill, there's a lot of parking spots, the park is really nice, the landscaping is well kept, and the paths around the apartments are my favorite, I love walking around

So far so good just parking problems and the house has places that have air coming in especially the door so we couldn't even enjoy being in the living during winter or some nights because its as cold as outside and turning on the heater does not help and even if you you will end up getting a 300-400 bill payment from NES.

When we first moved in, we had a major issue with the air unit. It took a while for them to fix it, but over the year with the switch of management and staff things leveled out. Our experience is pleasant now.

Parking availability, after a hard working day and you come home there is no place to park, parking lot always full. Maintenance is slow to respond to request.

Residence is pretty standard. Overall quiet most of the time besides on Wednesday, Thursday , Friday nights some residence play loud music. Watch your packages.

I have enjoyed my time at stonebrook , any questions I have the office staff always answers with a positive and friendly attitude. When I first moved in there were a couple of things that needed maintenance and each requested was handled the very next day. It’s great they have an app that keeps you so updated so you know exactly what’s going on within your apartment.

The Residences at Stonebrook is a nice community. The office staff do a great job of making you feel welcome. They have a beautiful scenery and plenty of walking areas and paths through the neighborhood if you like to observe nature.
I have been a mostly satisfied resident at Stonebrook for almost 8 years. Friendly staff. Convenient location, walking distance of a bus stop and several stores. Access to swimming pool is important to me That is the one area of contention. When they first opened the pool in 2023, some kids broke something in the pool, and it was closed for repairs. On July 1, kids were in the pool when a thunderstorm came, and refused to leave when the staff told them to. So, they closed the pool. That's understandable. But 2 days later, when I, an adult, wanted to swim, it was still closed because of the kids. What the kids did should not affect my use of the pool. Why “punish“ all of us residents instead of just the kids (and possibly their irresponsible parents)? Also, they don't open the pool on Sundays in 2023 - first year this has been the case. I was told they don't have anyone to open the pool on Sundays. How is this different from every other year? People want to swim on weekends.
Sometimes there could be allot of glass out on the ground and no where to park but it’s quiet. We have some issues with people trying to get into the wrong house but not too often. The person may have been drunk. Also had out Catalan converter stolen off of our Honda BUT other than those things, it’s pretty decent.
I like the tranquility around, and how close there are so many amenities. Perfect location!!!! The garbage service very often, and how clean are the areas in common.
I like living here . It’s close to my workplace .It’s not to noisy and I also like it here because it is close to a grocery store and near a bus stop to go almost anywhere in Nashville. The outside areas are kept up pretty well too.
Some of the residents here are nasty. They leave food scraps in the breezeway and let their dogs do their business on the concrete in the breezeway. Office personnel are nice but they need to make the residents keep the community cleaner.

Janika at the office is amazing and is always professional and friendly willing to help in anyway. Seems to be pretty decent place to stay so far.
Front office is amazing for helping get everything set to move in and helping with pricing. Plenty of amenities and if you have kids there are plenty of ones for them to play outside with.

It has been terrible mildew mold broken wall plug outlets dishwasher and other appliance. Property is nasty trash everywhere, dumpsters are horrible. Management is rude and insane. Roaches everywhere.

My husband and I have been living here for about 6 or more months. There has been two crime scenes and incidents involving random people coming up to our door either “selling” at 9pm at night or watching. I would not recommend this complex right now. Maybe after adding 24/7 security and adding gates that cut the traffic out.
