Property Ratings at The Residences at Toscana Park
Due to a fire, we had to find a furnished apartment on short notice for 3 months. The staff at Toscana Park bent over backwards to get us in quickly, accommodate my allergies, furnish the apartment through their affiliated company (optional for all units), and set up all utilities before our arrival. We don't know how we could have made this transition without them. Having lived in several apartment complexes prior to moving to Indiana, we can say by this one is by far the best kept and most responsive to resident needs. The amenities and fixtures in the apartment were all new. The grounds are somehow both quiet and family friendly. The pool is always clean as is the clubhouse in general. The 24-hour fitness room has all the major equipment with AC. The location is convenient walking distance to a complex of stores and restaurants. The area is very safe. We have been very pleased with our time here and will recommend it to our friends and colleagues relocating to the area.

Thank you for the kind words about our property and most importantly our staff. As you can tell, we take great pride in our community and we want our residents to really enjoy their time with us. We wish you the very best on your future en devours. -The Residences at Toscana Park Management
The water pressure is terrible. I have to re-rinse my hair in the kitchen sink after I get out of the shower and I literally can't rinse my wash cloth. The water is straight-up the worst water I have ever put into my mouth. It has a strong metallic taste and way too much chlorine. Definitely hard and needs softener.... which ought to be included in these luxurious priced apartments, but is not. Utilities are not included, so be sure you have an extra 200 bucks for water, electricity and gas. There are dogs EVERYWHERE. Some large and leave large piles of feces for you to enjoy smelling while you try to enjoy your balcony. The woman below us keeps her 3 dogs chained up in the yard below us and it smells and looks like a dog kennel. The pool is hot as it was installed below the level of the parking lot, kind of in a hole, so it gets no breeze. There is typically at least 5-10 screaming kids with screaming parents there every day too. Today someone is having a birthday party down there... 20 screaming kids. Yay.
We've been really pleased with our stay at Toscana. Definitely one of the best places to live in the South Bend area.
Toscana is the best location. Walking distance to grocery, restaurants, and shopping. Nice apartment with high end finishes. Brittney is an outstanding property manager. The maintenance staff is very efficient and helpful. Complex is overpriced. I have only been here a short while but delighted to be living in Toscana.
Toscana is a great choice for a modern, luxurious apartment. It's a little pricey, but there is nothing comparable to it in Michiana. If you want spaciousness, high ceilings, granite counters and hardwood floors this is where you'll want to be. Convenient location, very quiet and neighborly. I love living here!
I've only lived here a few months, and it's better than I'd imagined. It takes a lot to impress me. Appliances are top of the line, quality and design of the apartment is above any I've lived or visited. It's very quiet, neighbors are friendly and courteous, along with the site Manager and Maintenance staff.
In my opinion this is the best apartment community in the South Bend area. The staff has been great, especially Brittney, the property manager she does an outstanding job of managing the property at a Class "A" level. I love the location, which is in walking distance to a flagship grocery store, good shopping and great restaurants. Additionally, the property is situated in the desirable PHM School district. The only amenity I would like to see in the near future is a playground/play area for the kids.
The Leasing Manager and Maintenance Supervisor are great!!! Beautiful new apartments in a great location in a great school district! My only complaint is the sound proofing could be better, but it is an apartment and you can't expect it to be the same as a home. Overall, the BEST place to rent in the area!
We absolutely love living here! You can't ask for a better location and the apartments are so nice! The service is great- Everytime we've ever had a request, it gets completed immediately! We've had a wonderful year here!
My time at Toscana Park has been pleasant overall - the units are nice and have high quality finishes. The attached garage is nice. On the other hand, there is limited closet space, and the apartments are quite expensive.
