The Residences at Willow Ridge

I have and will continue to recommend this community to friends and anyone else who asks. The location is great, the staff is awesome and the apartments are beautiful.

Besides the perfect service provides the residence offers absolute silence.

Maintenance was handled promptly and professionally. This type of service is to be commended.

Maintenance was very quick to resolve the request. They made it super easy!

I previously lived in a community in the Lehigh Valley that is similar to Willow Ridge. However, this place just has a better vibe. The staff is great as well as the residents. I couldn't be happier with my choice to move here.

Whenever there is a problem, it is addressed without hesitation.

It is quiet, grounds kept neat and maintenance responds quickly.

Everyone is so friendly,kind, and courteous. The property is well maintained and it is quiet. This community definitely has all of the comforts of home

I know that apartment living can be a little noisy, but there are times, like on weekends, that things get almost unbearable with noises like rumbling from dog, people slamming doors, loud music, etc.

Great place to live. Had it not been because of health reasons I would still be there.

I already have recommended Willow Ridge to my friends. When you are old and live alone, the quality of maintenance is way up on the list of priorities.

Do not move here… The front desk literally never answers the phone and when they do they’re rude. I’m also out hundreds of dollars in food because my fridge broke for the second time. After having to go to the office in person (my emails and calls were ignored for two days straight) they finally sent maintenance out to “fix” it. He ended up messing with my electric so now none of the outlets in my kitchen work. So now I’m out a microwave, dishwasher, and oven on top of my fridge. The next maintenance guy said they’ll try to fix the fridge but none of the other appliances are being fixed right now because so many employees are out due to COVID. So instead of hiring an outside contractor or problem solving, the complex is just leaving everyone high a dry. I know multiple people whose fridges have also broke and several who don’t have A/C during peak summer temperatures. Save yourself the hassle and pick somewhere else to live.

The area is well maintained and has a calm lovely atmosphere . Lamar and Ron do an excellent job maintaining the apartments. Office staff is very helpful and considerate.

The apartment is wonderful, very spacious with high end appliances. Maintenance is very responsive and any time I needed them they came in a timely manner.

Any time I have needed to call maintenance they have responded promptly and always solved the problem.

Nothing but problems after problems since we've moved in. After apartment living for the past 7 years, then moving here from out of state, this complex continuously falls short of expectation. I would recommend only to my worst enemies.

The only negative thing about the apartment is the cost. It is much higher than other apartments in the Lehigh Valley. When I tell friends about the complex they immediately say it is too expensive.

The living space is perfect for me, a single work from home woman. The 1 bedroom with Den is absolutely perfect for me !!! The pocket doors don't hurt either !! (easy to hide my work-mess when company is here). :-)

Problem with a black goo from the water supply. No one could seem to find the reason for it. Water would leave black ring in toilets and slim out of shower heads

This is a beautiful, friendly, clean quiet community that I would recommend to anyone.

Overall, I would recommend this complex to friends/family. The layout and amenities are great. Repairs are prompt, staff is friendly, grounds are well kept, the gym and pool are great. However, I would make them aware of the parking difficulties and that people smoke inside despite the no smoking policy.

We lived here once before and we have returned. The community is fantastic also very well kept.

I really wish the parking was better, we have residence that have company or more then one car per license which causes residents not to have an open spot for parking! They have been notified through mail but I wish someone would talk to them in person. I can’t imagine how parking will be once winter hits. The parking is mainly the only issue I have with this complex. It would be nice to know that when I get home late at night if I am out that I have a spot but usually that is not the case and have to park in another lot.

Love it here! Very quiet and extremely convenient for my disabled husband! All my friends love our apartment!

I have only been here one month. But so far, it seems to be a positive, nicely located complex. Of course, a lot also depends on your direct neighbors. I am fortunate (at present) not to have a smoker Ora barking dog in the apartment below me.

I would recommend this apartment complex because they respond quickly to any problem and maintain the apartments and the grounds.

It'??s very well cared for. It'??s quiet, clean, pretty and serene. You can feel safe. And you are close to everything you need.
