I love living here. The ceilings are high and having private balconies is amazing. We’re right next to the mountains and the view is very very nice.
I have enjoyed living at the Resort for over 3 years. The area is quite, clean and a feeling of being safe. The staff and the maintenance team have always been responsive to my requests and concerns.
One of the best places I ever lived the management is so quick to repair and fix and help the place is loaded with wild animals the grounds are immaculate in the views and the whole community is the best

Love it! It feels like home. The walls are not paper thin, so you cannot hear the neighbors, which you do not find often in apartments. The staff is kind and happy to help, and the amenities are so nice!
Move in was easy and I had all the information and support I needed. It is a quiet and lovely area. I love the floorplan and the included garage. All the natural light me and my house plants need! The windows will benefit from insulating curtains though. I love everything about living here! Even the parking situation is great!
I have had a comfortable and happy 3 years. I have decided to renew my lease because I love the location and the apartment staff. Safty and living in a quiet area is very important and this apartment provides it.
So far since living here everyone I have met have been nothing but amazing and kind from the staff to the residents. Things get done quickly when any issue comes up and dont have to wait long to have it done.

Great location, great staff, good floor plans, great residents. I don't like that the water usage costs so much for single residents who are very careful about wasting water.

The Resort at University Park has been a great place to call home. I love the quick access to trails, the quite location, and the on-site gym and pool. The staff have always been incredibly kind and helpful. Plus, there aren't many places where you can find apartment layout options that include an attached garage.

After reading all the good reviews for Resort, I decided to visit the complex. It is a beautiful property...clean, quiet and well-maintained. They seem to really care about the residents. I decided to lease here without even considering other options. The leasing agent, Melina, was outstanding and has communicated with me all along the way. Can't wait to move in.
We rented for almost 2 years here. We had moved from out of state and the office staff made it very easy for us to make the move to Colorado. We moved in without having visited the apartments. The apartments and staff exceeded expectations! We felt right at home and thought the maintenance staff did an excellent job!
If you are looking for an upscale, roomy apartment, then this is your place. Open floor plans, with lots of extra amenities like a fireplace, washer and dryer, balconies, concierge trash service, and a fitness room. The garage is large enough to fit your vehicle with lots of extra storage space. Extremely pet-friendly, with access to many open trails to walk your dogs. The office staff are friendly, welcoming, and take the time to get to know you. The maintenance crew are the absolute best, and if you have a concern, it is immediately taken care of. Look no further for a great living experience!
It's a really nice place to live but the company skyrockets their prices when your lease is up. They raised our rent by two hundred dollars, over the price of new renters at the resort and comparable apartment complexes in Colorado Springs. It is not just a small amount more, the resort is charging $150 more than other complexes in similar locations and building level of quality. I would really like to to give them a good review but the office was completely unwilling to negotiate or give us a real explanation for their price gauging. Would strongly recommend looking at similar locations because you will be treated with more respect.

The Resort apartments is true luxury living. The construction is very sturdy and I have never had a problem with thin walls or faulty appliances. They offer many great amenities and the staff and friendly and helpful. While rent is on the expensive side, you truly get the quality you pay for. I would recommend the complex to everyone!
Resort a University Park is one of the nicer apartment communities in Colorado Springs. Earth tone stucco and cobble stone accents on the buildings. Very nice floor-plans, top-notch amenities, and it's great that they allow dogs. There are nice hiking and dog-walking trails nearby that reveal some breath taking views.
I have been a homeowner for the past 10 years but upon moving to Colorado needed to find a place to live quickly. The Resort at University Park was the only complex in town that met all of my amenity requirements. I have been very pleasantly surprised living here. Not that it wasn't beautiful when I arrived but not having lived in an apartment in many years, I wasn't sure what to expect. It's typical of any apartment complex to be able to hear some neighbor noise and there is some here but it's not bad. Overall this is a quiet community in a GREAT neighborhood with fabulous views, nice apartments, great parking and views that are unparalleled. I find my apartment to be quite functional and while there are not top of the line modern appliances and granite countertops, everything is very well appointed and has suited my needs nicely. I love living so near open space with lots of hiking trails and nice sidewalks. It's easy to enjoy being outdoors here. Everyone has been very friendly and accommodating, maintenance has been prompt. I have no complaints.
Over priced; outdated amenities; bad floor plans; door swing inside so there is never any room to get around when opening; no sense of community; can hear apt doors slam; pool/hot tub never works; gym is depressing; trash service leaves trash all over the place (yet you have to pay $25/mo for it); staff is not nice. I just moved out of my one bedroom, 780sqft apartment. I now have a new, custom built 3200sqft home (in the same area) and my mortgage is only $100 more per month. I also paid $700 annually in pet fees. They charged me $800 to replace the carpet in my 780sqft apt.
