Conroe is located in Montgomery County just north of Houston. Since Interstate 45 travels through Conroe and leads into Houston’s business district, residents prefer living in this suburban neighborhood and commuting to work.

I'm a 100% disabled veteran and this apartment complex is trying to charge me for breaking my lease and double charge on the final rent when I was let out of my lease over severe maintenance issues. We dealt with horrible electric bills due to faulty AC and insulation to the degree that moving into a house with an extra bedroom and 400 more sqft cut our electric use by 2/3rds. I can go on and on about issues at that complex.
This is a beautiful property. Very easy to communicate and get in contact with management. I can’t wait to sign my lease. Definitely a family oriented property!

I have lived here since 2012. It has gone down there are raccoons in the attic the AC and water does not work half of the time. The roaches are horrible. They never fix anything. If you want to live in the ghetto come here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. These apartments are DISGUSTING. The cabinets have been painted over and over again. The pipes make sounds every time someone uses them. It constantly smells like cigarette and marijuana smoke. Walls are THINNNN. You hear every sound all the time. Yellow residue in the bathroom is on the walls when showering. There is NO microwave and small storage. Dogs barking at all hours, morning and night. Parking spots are SMALL, any truck drivers good luck! Management DOES NOT CARE!!!!!!!! 0/10 DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

I’ve recently moved into this complex and I really have had a great experience so far. The ladies in the office are always friendly and available. They are knowledge on every aspect of this community. I have yet to ask a question that wasn’t answered on the spot. Very pet friendly and the pet owners are responsible with animals laws and respectful of the property, always cleaning up behind their pets. I was concerned in the beginning about it being noisy. It’s an active community with all types and sizes of families and I am right by the pool. This must be the most well insulated complex around bc when I shut my door, I hear nothing. I have one of the newly renovated units and it is very nice. Everything has been coordinated, from the floors, to tile, to paint. I’m super excited to be a part of “The Reston” community. If you are looking into possibly making this your next home, I would say, what are you waiting for??? It’s all here! Good luck! CN

Most buildings flood with heavy rains. Manager called my friend trashy while walking to my apartment. Have needed pest control to come and they rarely do. Read your lease extremely carefully as they will add things without telling you

Didn't move in due to lack of transparency. They did nothing to rectify the situation. Poor customer service. When they tell you that if your app comes back conditional you'll owe a max of $275 also keep in mind they "may" ask for an additional deposit of a full month's rent. This was never explained when we put in the application for their special that was an admin and app fee. Which one person said we were past the 72 hours to get a refund on the admin fee but then another person said they don't refund it at all. I understand that things can change once your credit is ran but if they were going to ask for something like that it should have been something they explained. Just overall a bad experience.

I lived here for 3 years. I was a good tenant and always paid my rent on time. I also cleaned my whole apartment for a whole week before I moved out. My thanks for that was them holding onto every dollar I gave them for a deposit and a bill at the end of it. The reality of this place is nothing but a group of money grubbing people trying to gouge out as much as they can get. The apartments themselves are old and neglected by management. If you value your money and quality of life stay away from this place.

Mandatory valet trash rarely gets picked up....average $30 mth. You end up discarding yourself while paying them. Dont complain, they DONT CARE!!!!

I've lived here for around 5 years, and absolutely loved it for almost 4. I knew the office staff, they knew me, I felt safe and like they genuinely cared about my happiness as a tenant. New property management took over, they let go of all the amazing staff (with the exception of the maintenance man) and also their compassion. They raised the rent for everyone because they "upgraded" the apartments that had been abandoned for at least 6 months (since Harvey), even if you're still living in the same dusty apartment with the same dirty carpet and issues. The new staff cares about your money and nothing more. The new pricing for pet deposits and pet rent and the valet trash they FORCE you to get are ridiculous. I wish they offered 3 bedroom units but you're maxed out at 2 bedrooms 2 baths for an obscene amount of money with minimal amenities. I will absolutely not be renewing my lease here with this management and regardless of how great they tell you it is, please think twice about moving in! If you ever have an issue or you are flooded (which this complex DOES AND HAS FLOODED TWICE in the past couple years) you are on your own!

from roaches to bed bugs, rats and a flood. they handle everything poorly and with attitude. and once you're in contract they will fight with you and won't let you out. it's a disgusting place to live and the manager is the worst person you will deal with. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DONT MOVE HERE.

I have lived here for several months and I love it! It's peaceful and is perfectly located with freeway access as well as being convenient to shopping and restaurants. There is a tennis court and they are renovating the apartments and putting in a brand new fitness center. A lot is included in the rent amount so the prices are great! I definitely recommend this community !
Don’t waste your money applying here you’ve had to walk and hold hands with the angels and been perfect your entire life. They denied me over a $200 bill that I didn’t even know I had that was over 12 YEARS OLD!!!!! I’ve owned a house and leased a business office since then. ?????
