Cuando firme contrato me pidieron los datos de mi vehículo para registrarlo y que no se lo llevara la grúa. Meses después de lo lleva la grúa, hago el reclamo y el mensaje del mensajero de la Manager es este: Buenos dias, cuando hable con ella me dijo que desafortunadamente los residentes son los que manejan el registro de sus vehiculos para evitar problemas con poner la informacion mal so no pudieramos dar ningun compensacion.
They will not handle maintenance request within a timely manner they do not notify you if there is being a change made at the property until the very very last minute they do not respond to emails they do not care about maintenance issues they do not care about Residance at all poor upkeep of the property this is the worst property I have ever lived in hot water rarely works very outdated property
Shout out for the office and maintenance department for handling all of my maintenance problems in a timely manner, the property is always swept and cleaned every day.
Bad office service,not what I expected! But anyway good luck for people who live there!

Hi, did you put in a request for pest control? Our maintenance crew takes care of any insect issues by spraying the unit with insecticide. Please call us to have the unit sprayed and so we may help you with the parking issue!
We're almost through our 12 month lease and will renew so it's not all bad. Only complaints are the amount of roaches that you come across even though your apartment is spotless. The ceilings are paper thin, as in I can hear everything my upstairs neighbors are doing and I mean EVERYTHING. We'll maybe switch to another apartment number if possible. The office people are kind and maintenance always responds so no complaints there. They also have fun community things to do in the clubhouse! The location is great, a lot of restaurants down the street (Come on, there's a Whatburger AND a Krispy Kreme next to each other 3 minutes away!) and Walmart and Kroger are both 5 minutes away! There's a really nice park across the street and a splash pad right next to it! The library is also next to them which really makes this neighborhood seem family friendly! A great spot to start if you're barely starting a family, but the elementary school that's a block away has a terrible rating so might move away when the time comes to put our child in school.

this place is terrible. they tow cars even with the sticker. no hot water. roach infested. rude managers. toilets are horrible. i can’t wait until my lease is up
They are not friendly when it comes to visiting packing spots. They don't have enough for visitors and they tow people s car without leaving a number to contact the towing company. They did that to my brother tonight

Hi, was the car parked illegally? Visitors need a pass hanging in their car and cannot be parked under a roof or in a handicap spot. We do not tow, a towing company comes in and checks for parking passes. Our office can supply you with the towing company information. Please let us know if you have had any other issues!

We are sorry to see your visitors car was towed. Our community does have a strict towing policy in place in order to ensure our residents have a place to park. There are towing signs posted throughout our community as well as both entry and exit gates. It doesn't benefit us to upset someone by having their vehicle towed and we do our best to make our residents and guests aware of the parking guidelines. I have lived at the pointe at Timberglen for a year now. The office staff are all friendly and helpful, especially Roxana. She goes out of her way to make sure tenants are happy and cared for. She walked me through the entire leasing process and helped me with anything I needed. The maintenance staff have always been quick to take care of any issue I have had; including fixing my air conditioning at 3:00am when it broke this last Summer. The complex is quiet and my neighbors are friendly. The rent is extremely reasonable and the layout of my unit is great. The complex is within walking distance to the Timberglen Rec center and the library; there are multiple grocery stores just down the street. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking to rent in the far North Dallas/Carrollton area.
I move in about 6 months ago and am really enjoying this apartment complex. It is well maintained, the staff takes care of issues quickly, and has a great location. Right next to George Bush and a Kroger a few blocks away. The managing staff is awesome, specially Monica! I have never lived somewhere where the staff helped it's tenants and really went out of their way for their tenants like she does! The apartments are very well priced too. And it is a very quiet neighborhood. I am very happy to live here

Horrible apartment complex. Office Manager has a very bad attitude, maintenance is very trashy. They showed a unit and in the cabinets was a dead roach.
I have been at my apartment for 2 months and my window was broken on the 4th of July and I'm STILL waiting for it to be fixed. They also have a VERY bad habit of not answering their phones when you need them. But all in all I'm content with the apartment. Hope this helps!! :)
I do not like the noise & maintenance service. The water is always messing up & people blasting there music late at night when I have to work the next morning. The rate is $675 for a 613 sq. ft apt which isn't too bad but the water bill they say will be less but it keeps going up. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone. The pool this summer was always dirty & to top it all off they closed down the main laundry facility for good! Now I have to walk clear across the apt complex to get to the other one! I am so happy my lease is up next month.
Well I have been at The Pointe a little over 2yrs now. And I must say I honestly love the property. The layout of my apartment is awesome and I love my all black appliances. When I 1st got the keys to my apt I was pretty upset because my black appliances were not there. Cindy the property quickly fixed that issue and within a week and a half I had all my black appliances installed and I was a happy camper :) Cindy is a awesome property manager. Whenever I've had OR have an issue I would go straight to her and trust there wasn't too many issue. I can honestly say that I've only had 3 major issues since I've been on this property, with my black appliances not being in my unit when I 1st got my keys as the 1st little mishap. And even with the other two, Cindy has "ALWAYS" been there to fix them in a honest and timely manner. I love the location of the property. Everything is within reach. From shopping, to nice dinning and the property is right smack in the middle of all areas like Carrolton, Plano, Lewisville, Frisco and even Addison :) I plan on being on this here property for a long while, unless my boyfriend and I go head an decide to step over that new milestone with our children and move into a house (Big Smile) But The Pointe is where my son and I call home for right now.
It is a sunny apartment, make people feel happy. Good room layout, high utilization, cheap, flexible lease terms, convenient transportation, parks and schools out there, shopping is also very convenient.
These apartments are a little old, but have some updates done to the kitchen area. All of my neighbors are either nice or quiet for the most part. Its not a bad place to live if you are on a tight budget.
