Clean property. Excellent staff. Spacious apartments Maintenance team/office staff are very friendly and easy to deal with.
Love the community as a whole, neighbors are friendly. The agents and maintenance crew are so helpful. Our 2nd home will be missed.
The maintenance guys are good with emergency calls & fixtures, especially Jarji. He explained what happened to my A/C and got it fixed. The new manager is polite when I met her, way better than the last manager that brushed me off. The complex can’t control the type of people that lives there but it’s quite where my building is at.
Ok so I want to shout out to the property manager Mrs .Kelly for doing and awesome job around the property she has came in and teamed up with Kallisa her leasing agent and they are both phenomenal at the work they do Kelly take sure that the kids also well take. Care of far as installing speed. Umps the keep the traffic speed. Volume down it’s one of the best places I have lived and very very much so dog friendly my Great Dane Zues love it here also. So stop by and check out the leasing office and get you a tour scheduled
I had the opportunity to tour this property with the new manager and was surprised at the spaciousness. The property is absolutely beautiful. My lease will be up soon and this for sure will be where I call home. Thanks Kelly for the tour and your kindness.
We moved in a few months ago and we love it here. The floor plans are amazing . The leasing specialist Kalissa is very professional and friendly. You can tell she loves her job and her community. Maintenance team is quick to respond and professional
Please take time and drive through this neighborhood on a Friday or Saturday night. The trash is always over flowing and on the ground. Management doesn’t care about your concerns, they just give you the customer service act. For the amount of money here there’s plenty of better, safer places around.

Hello, Thank you for your review. Please stop in and meet the new onsite manager. I welcome any questions, concerns and suggestions. I will listen to all suggestions and make necessary changes.
On-site manager lies about getting in contact with corporation. We had issues with our ceiling that she tried to sweep under the rug. There are no on-site maintenance crew members, but the complex swears they are competent when they couldn't figure out our leak. We have asked several times for a licensed and bonded inspector and they refuse. Their solution was to move us to another apartment, but keep sending in the same people. They have also overcharged us on our original lease. Please review your lease.
I'm pretty sure people move into newer apartments expecting a different experience, I did that. My expectations of this place where high, giving the fact that they're new and expensive as heck. Back don't be fool by their appearance, the place is spacious, and everything in them is new, but that doesn't meat everything works properly. And the quietness of the place; Forget about it. You can literally hear absolutely everything the neighbors upstairs do, even the pressure of the water running down the pipes when they flush the toilet, or the shower. So do yourself a favor, and find something that would live up to your expectations and wont brake your bank account.
