Pinnacle Ridge Apartments

Withdrew my application after I got approved for a unit: very remote area. They wanted me to pay the $300 deposit plus a pro rate rent that is worth a whole month rent even though I was gonna move in on the 1st of the month. They showed me a display room with missing door. Went through a lot of hassles with management. So I decided this is not the place to rent from if this is the prelude management offer to a prospect tenant. I preferred to loose the application fees. Good luck with them!

The office staff and maintenance staff is great I don’t have anything but wonderful words and kindness for them. Shannon and the staff always are very helpful very much appreciate them.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Maintenance issues are always completed expeditiously. Overall really great team!

So far my experience at The Retreat at Chenal has been a good one. The office staff have been excellent. It's been a stress free move.

This is my first experience with apartment living since my 20s. I love my place, it is spacious and quiet. The office staff is amazing.

My experience here at The Retreat At Chenal has been a NIGHTMARE. I was set to move in 2 weeks after paying my deposit. The day of move in, the unit as not clean what so ever. The floors and appliances were dirty. There were dead bugs all over the floor and roaches crawling everywhere, big and small. Something I would not expect from an apartment complex in a affluent area, especially considering they were given more than enough time to get it ready for my move in.I addressed my issues with the property manager and was moved to another unit, which the rent for this unit was higher. I was okay with that as long as the unit was better. To my dismay when it was time to move my belongings to the new unit the carpet reeked of cat urine! I had to wait to move until they placed new carpet down. I told the property manager I didn’t think it as fair that I had to pay movers once again to a new unit because of their failures. I was promised movers and to cancel the movers I had scheduled to move me in the new unit. I canceled the movers I hired. The day comes for the movers I was promised to move me, and no movers were produced. When I asked why they weren’t hired as promised I was told “it was too expensive”. I was then told maintenance would move my belongings, and of course that didn’t pan out either. I ended up paying $600 dollars to be moved again from the roach infested unit to the unit with the cat urine in the carpet. This is not including the money spent for the movers during the initial move into The Retreat At Chenal. While I was still getting my belongings out of the old apartment maintenance was in and out of the apartment removing furnishings and I had no idea. I figured it out when I noticed things from the apartment were missing. How unprofessional to be removing things from the unit with my belongings still in there and not notify me. While in the new unit, the heat stopped working. Before the snow storm maintenance came out and claimed to fix the issue. It is now 9 degrees outside. The way maintenance remedied the problem is by giving me space heaters that aren’t working properly and we all know how space heaters increase the electric bill significantly. My children and I are very cold. We’re layered in clothes and blankets trying to keep warm. I wouldn’t recommend anyone come live in this nightmare, not even the roaches that occupy the place. But I’m sure the roaches have now died due to the extreme cold weather.

Very quite,clean,outstanding maintenance, professional run the place to be in west Little Rock with very competitive rates.

So far my stay at The Retreat in Chenal has been great. No complaints or problems thus far!

The staff is friendly and maintenance is okay but they have rats. Some say it’s because of construction and others say it has been an ongoing issue.

I really enjoy living here at the Retheat Chenal. It has been great for me and comfortable. I don't have no problems with anyone. It is really a great place to live.

If your looking for a place to stay! Dont look far! The Retreat at the Chenal is the best by far!

I love living here, my boys and I needed a place where we felt safe and comfort and it has provided both. I love how they keep it clean, and keep the lawn and shrubbery groom.

Chapel Ridge at Chenal is a great place to live! It's location is ideal and the rental rate is very affordable. The on-site pool makes summertime enjoyable and the many events hosted by the staff make you feel part of the community. The administrative staff and maintenance staff are stellar. I would recommend it to anyone!

I LOVE the convenience of being close the schools and shopping centers

I was impressed by the fact that they ripped up and replaced all the old flooring when someone new is coming in! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The maintenance department stays on top of issues. There is no evidence of pests of any kind.

So far it has been great living here and it's convenient to shopping and very peaceful atmosphere.

Recently moved in to this complex. The apartment manager is a very professional young lady focused on making life here positive. Anything I've needed they have been wonderful responding efficiently and professionally. Great staff! Nice community. Clean grounds. Definitely recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a peaceful area. Wonderful experience.

I havent had any major problems since I moved here in 2016. A lot of changes have been made which is expected. Overall safe community.

I love it here. Its 5 minutes from my job. Low to no crime and beautiful scenery.

You will love Chapel Ridge. It's quiet and the space you get for the price is excellent!

Great safe location with affordability in WLR! You get the best of both worlds: Convenient to shopping and restaurants yet far enough out for quiet and relaxing nights.

I went to two apartment complexs today and Chapelridge had a staff that seamed genuinely interested in what I was looking for. While I was talking to Annie there was a lady who came out of the back office and greeted us and told my son about the basketball court. Needless to say, my son is now excited for the move he has been dreading because he won't be around his friends. Thank you to Annie and the lady for helping my son and I today and we look forward to moving to Chapelridge in December!

Maintenance is great hard worker. Office is kind and helpful you can tell the people who work here love this apartment and us the people who live here.

The community is quiet and upkeep makes coming home so inviting! Management and maintenance are great

chapel ridge in chenal can do better. Every summer I always find some type of bug in the apartments. They really don't like bringing a bug person to spray down. I just need to find another place
