Great people great energy quiet and tons of stuff to do. The apartments are very cheap and nicest in town great place to live for all walks of life.

Not a bad community, nice people, quiet area. The second playground seems to have a missing bridge to connect to the other part of the slide.

What an amazing team here, very responsive staff very friendly the whole move in experience was so easy and stressful.The community looks amazing and clean and I cannot wait to go and explore.

I absolutely love my new apartment, me and my children have settled in and definitely enjoying our peace. My son has really enjoyed the basketball court. And the real big one is my daughter can walk home from the bus stop because our building is so close. Everything is just really awesome here. And we love it. I can't wait for the summer to kick in so we can enjoy the pool and grill area.

Complex is starting to get run down and doesn’t feel as safe as it once did..management used to always make sure people followed rules but doesn’t seem that way now

Really enjoying the lake side view. The community is very quiet and relaxing. Been here a month now things are going well with my unit . Really love it here

The only thing that keeps this from being a 5 is that some of my appliances and fixtures are outdated. I love the beach and lake and love having friends over to play pickleball. Maintenance is awesome- they respond very quickly. I

So far everything here has been great, the property is beautiful and lets me feel safe while walking my dog or just walking around. All of the staff are super kind and helpful as well!

The process has been smooth and we just moved in today. The neighbors are friendly too, and even gave us free stuff! The only thing I don’t like is how the rate of the rent increases while you’re doing the application.

Quiet neighborhood and fast and easy move in process I love this community and my apartment is so spacious and has so much storage like I wanted

We haven’t had any problems with getting things done when needed. Everyone is so helpful. The view is beautiful. We enjoy the functions they have.

We have lived here for years and just love it! The maintenance is the best there is! They do the best at everything and do so well at keeping our place safe!

We’ve been here about 4 yrs.and love this location and community. Would like to have more events where the residents and meet & greet and have some social interaction and activities. I live the food truck idea! My building is pretty quiet except for an occasional noisy neighborhood that’s not considerate at late hrs. In the night with loud music, parties, tv Other than that I’m satisfied for now.

I’m satisfied except for the noise! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very unhappy with the noise above us and have communicated this with the office on many occasions!

Everything has been top notch!!! We enjoy the community events and the food truck was so convenient. We look forward to more events that brings our little community together.

The office staff are really friendly, and the property is super well kept! There’s lots of amenities, and the location is quiet. Also pet friendly with no breed restrictions!!

This is by far the best community I’ve lived in, in a very long time. 10/10. The staff is amazing, it Is insanely peaceful and the amenities are top tier!

I been here over a year now. Close to shopping, groceries and restaurants. Neighbors are so nice and welcoming. Very peaceful. Office staff are the best. Maintenance is always kind and here when you need a repair. Such a beautiful place to live at and very secure.

Not a bad apartment, maintenance and pest control come when needed. Staff is very friendly. I am still waiting for a light fixture to be be fixed but there is a back order on that issue.

Been here a week and so far so good. Request were handled quickly and the office staff have been very nice and helpful. Would love some firewood stocked by the fire pit.

On the first weekend in my new apartment I appreciated the offer of a breakfast on the go, because I hadn't yet unpacked my Keurig coffee machine. Thanks!

My apartment was not how I expected it to be but Jordan was very nice and helpful with my moving process. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

I have no complaints love the staff if we have a problem they fix it right away love the amenities can’t complain affordable for what you get

We have lived at the Retreat for 13 months. The pool and fitness center are both excellent. There is a Gazebo over the lake that offers a great place to BBQ. The Retreat office even provides Propane tanks for the Grill!

I love where I live! The lake is so nice and the people there are really sweet. Maintenance is wonderful and always there if you need. The grounds people do an excellent job. Office could use some help but other than that is great

It’s so peaceful here and everyone has been very attentive and prompt with any questions we’ve had and also correct any issues immediately! We love it here!

I enjoy the location! The neighborhood is super quiet, the amenities in the apartment complex are nice when you want to get out and do physical activities. The pool area has a beautiful view of the pond

After being at The Retreat for a year, we have been impressed with the maintenance staff and front office. Each time we have had a problem in our apartment, Richard or Brooks has been quick to correct the situation.

Love loving in this community. Peaceful, quiet and great views! Would recommend bc the location is great and the staff is wonderful. I love calling The Retreat At Grande Lake Home.

I’m still getting settled in but I’m loving it. Management and maintenance have been very helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend this place.

Love it out here..... It's very quiet, I just hate that we have to pay to use the gym.... I thought it was included in the rent as high as it is....

Great environment whether for singles or family.. our community embraces a sense of family that I truly enjoy.. I know my neighbors by name and am willing to help in anyway possible and I’m sure they feel the same way!!!

For the most part this is a good place to live. Very pretty. Mostly quiet. Everyone is nice and keeps to themselves. Pool is kept clean. Spacious apartments.

Jessica and Scott are very kind and helpful with the moving process! The property holds true to its name “The Retreat”. Maintenance has a very fast turnaround time! Overall a great place to live and are surrounded by great people!

The staff are excellent: Scott the Community Director and Jessica his assistant always willing to help with any requests. Maintenance led by Richard and his assistant Brooks always answers the call quickly and efficiently. We just had our annual building steam cleaning and everything is looking sparkly . Keep up the great work!

My sister and I just moved here and are already in love with this community! Everyone we've met so far has been welcoming and very kind. The scenery here is so beautiful and peaceful.

I enjoy the quiet neighborhood and the walking areas are always up kept. The neighborhood is very clean, it’s close to town. There’s not any crimes being committed out here it’s family oriented the pool is always clean along with the pavilion and grills

The staff are very friendly and handle resident concerns with respect. Neighbors can be friendly and some are noisy...Overall, I could not ask for a better place to call home..

Loving the activities for residents such as the begels bar and Muffins with Mom. Such a nice touch and very thoughtful. I also love the pool and the wildlife we have here.

Love it here wouldn’t change anything about great staff they come fix eveyrhting when you need them to love the view of the lake for the price ya pay it’s worth it

This is my first apartment ever, and Mr. Scott at the office is always so helpful & thorough when explaining things!! The pool could use some love, there were a ton of bugs & spiders swimming around, but beautiful quiet community, and the apartment itself is in great shape, only mishap being my ice maker LOL

Just moved in and the space is much nicer than anticipated. Excellent location away from noise with great amenities and even occasional wildlife viewing.

Pretty lakeside view just watch out for geese ducks and gators hehe. Love to get the bikes up back and running. The fountain in the middle of the lake was pretty. Please bring it back.

Neighbors are the nicest. Great community. The amenities are well maintained. Very pet friendly. Located in a very convenient area to shopping.

Peaceful surroundings, beautiful lake view, amenities and the best maintenance ! Feel safe walking around the lake at night. Breeze way is huge which makes it easier to move things in and out. Friendly staff and answers questions and concerns promptly. Apartment is very comfortable. Cabinet space is very functional and the high rise ceiling and accent wall is great in our apartment.

It is a great place to live. Maintenance is great, location is good. Living right on the lake is amazing. It is pricey, but so is everywhere around here. We rent one of the garages and it’s great. The door was broken at one point and maintenance fixed it very quickly. I will say the water heater could be better, the sinks in the kitchen are teeny tiny and some things just need to be upgraded. But other than that it’s great.
